Shit quality, the shirts are cheap Chinese ones and ships straight from China. Takes 2+ weeks to ship and when you want to do a refund they won’t let you. They try to convince you with a 10% and 20% partial refund and that you keep the products. They try to tell you that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost but doesn’t inform you of this when buying and in accordance with EU law that makes them responsible for all return shipping costs. Stand your ground and don’t let them fool you if you have bought products. If you still haven’t, DON’T.

I just received my order, what they advertise versus what you get are absolutely garbage. They are the TEMU of shipping random crap, they even cut the labels off the shirts.

Wrong size, cut is completely off and quality is shit, DO NOT BUY and get scammed like I did.

If I could give it -5 stars, I would. They shipped the wrong size despite saying try free on their website when I let them know their sizes were way off the extra large fits like child’s small they offered me a measly 30% discount instead of actually taking the return and refunding me the full purchase price. I would stay as far away from this company as possible.

They are a scam. I'm here to provide the solution. After your first 2 emails requesting for a refund (after they have offered partial refund twice), just escalate the purchase to your bank or PayPal with proof of item bought and the pdf of their refund policy( which states they are responsible for providing the return label), you explain the situation clearly and that's all. You'll get your refund within few days.

They are the WORST quality T-shirts and if your a size M, you’ll have to order size XL because I am an M and I ordered an M however, it doesn’t even fits my 12 year old younger brother because of how small and tight they are. On top of that, it is probably one of the WORST quality tops ever seen man, thinner than those thin vests and primary quality is a AMAZING compared to this crap.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They won’t exchange and if you return you must pay for shipping cost which they say their business is in the USA so shipping costs more so you will get stuck. The 30day money return is a top notch BBSSSS

Scam website. Shirts come in at asian size instead of us or eur. Incredible bad customerservice. Only refund when you ship back to america. Just lost my 70 dollar.

This company has been horrible to deal with. The shirts are not true to size. I measured myself and the shirts do no fit at all. On top of that, the 30 day risk free is not true. They will fight you on the return and will charge you to ship them back to the UK since so you end up losing money. Not worth it at all

This is a scam company. I ordered the shirts in the ad and when I received them they looked nothing like the ad. The worst part is they came in 3 sizes to small. Trying to get a refund is impossible and they offered me 20% of my money back. This company will take your money and send you product that looks like trash. PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER ITS A BIG SCAM!!!!!

Paul requested return/refund for shirts due to poor quality/sizing.
• Velve offered 10%, then 20%, then agreed to 40% refund to keep items.
• Paul accepted 40% (£16.32 based on subtotal), but Velve processed only £14.76.
• Velve clarified £14.76 is 40% of subtotal; shipping fee is non-refundable.

Ive still got the clothes which are of poor quality and the sizes are not accurate as they are way too small , i will just give to charity , £25 down the drain

Do not buy! Quality is terrible. Nothing like advertised. And the sizes are laughable. I ordered a Large and it wouldn’t fit even fit a small child. Seriously unacceptable and unbelievably bad.

Scaaam. T-shirts are bad quality, wrong size, smelled, bad fit, not like in ads in any way. To return product, when you email them, they say you need to pay shipment, which is alot, but they will tell you that you can keep the product and get a 10% refund. That is the whole scam, its genius actually, most people just accept it. I didnt. If you live in Europe you have some rights when it comes to this, also the website actually claims 30 day guarantee money back if not satisfied for any reason, and they dont mention anything about needing to pay shipment from your own pocket. So ask google AI or chatgpt what to do, you can get your money back even if its a headache.

Complete scam. The company claims their shirts are made of Ringspun cotton blend. What are they made of? 100% Polyester. Their sizing is way off. Ordered a 2XL since the shirt were supposed to be an athletic fit, when it arrived it was maybe a small at best. Shirt felt horrible. They offered first a 10% return, which I refused, then 40%. After that offer I escalated this claim to PayPal. Suddenly their "Chargeback Manager Ashley" reached out and offered 70% IF I stopped the PayPal dispute. Which I ofc didn't do. I will allow PayPal to resolve this.

In short: Their products are crap, too small and their "customer service" is complete crap. Do NOT BUY anything from this scam site.

Absolute sham of a company.

They’re hoping you just take the L and not return. Furthermore they expect you to pay for the expensive shipping fee to deter you. Lastly, their T&C are not even lawful in many countries, for example “no return on sale items” . This is just not lawful. Avoid at all costs (products are cheap anyways, not accurate at all, probably costs cents to make)

Keep pushing for a refund or just charge back with your bank. Dont let them get away with this bs.
I got a full refund through chargeback - I suggest you do the same. Just consult chatGPT

Its clear the adverts vs whats being sent out here is completely different. Thought the fit on the models was of a similar build to me so bought accordingly and when it came, my XL was so small it looked like it was an S…. Spoke to customer services, they’re adamant its correct…. The clothing smelt like cigarettes from the factories they’re made in. I was offered a refund if I pay for shipping from UK to USA for their mistake. I was then offered 20% refund and keep the items upto a 40% refund as a good will gesture. I’m not being funny, but these aren’t of any use. I’ve gone to my bank to get the money back, useless company so don’t waste your time with it. Even sent them a comparison picture of an XL I wear regularly to what they sent and the size difference was day and night.

Scam! My partner thought he was buying quality clothes. Turned out to to be poor material and the size mediums would fit a child.

Complete scam, got the product. Order size L, got sixe XS europe.

Shirts are towels for the kitchen. Asked a refund. If i got all the money back + shipping I remove my review.
