Amazing Kate!!
We attended the Baby Show in Birmingham today with the hope of finding my dream pram for our first baby. We headed to the Venicci stall first as I wasn’t entirely familiar with the brand however once Kate had talked us through everything, I felt I didn’t want to go anywhere else as I’d fallen in love with the Upline 3. Kate was so approachable, friendly and didn’t feel like she was pushing us to buy the product. She urged us to look elsewhere and come back if we had any questions. A few hours later and visits to other big brands, I knew I still wanted the Venicci not only because I loved the pram, but Kate’s love for her brand and her knowledge base was fantastic. Thank you so much Kate & the team, you made me feel comfortable to ask the silly questions and I’ve walked out purchasing the pram of my dreams for our first little one!

Birmingham Baby Show - Prams

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to demonstrate all the features properly without being pushy. They answered all our questions clearly and helped us compare options to find what would suit our family best. The pram itself feels premium, easy to manoeuvre, and very practical for everyday use. Overall, a really positive experience and excellent customer service at the show.”

Came to the Nec baby show and Harry was amazing showing us the Tila pram. Really helpful, informative and although the show was very busy he made time for us and was very polite and professional. Would highly recommend in comparison to the other brands on the market we shopped around at the show

The baby show at the Birmingham nec.
Tristan swiftly helped my wife with the purchase of the Venicci tila. Had me sold with the colourway and the bundle available.
We even had the option to leave on the same day with the bundle. And even offered £100 off.
Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend
