A fantastic experience. We came to the NEC and were taken back by the different makes and models of prams and accessories. Gary was amazing, demonstrates everything and now we have an excellent pram.

Attended baby show at the NEC Gary assisted us in the purchase of the Venicci up line 3
He answered all our questions and gave us a very detailed tutorial on the whole system.

We ordered our Upline 2 and it has been amazing. We required an extra part as I broke a clip being heavy handed and once contacting customer service this was sent out the same day which was amazing!!!! Super happy with the customer service especially from Tristan and Sacha!!

Couldn't praise the team and product more! We bought the Venicci Upline for our son born in October 25 and recently had an issue with the brakes. Nothing was too much bother, in order to inspect and fix the frame Venicci sent us a loan version whilst they repaired ours and we were reunited with a fixed frame in less than a week! Amazing customer service and communication from the team! Would highly recommend Venicci as a brand, their products and team are wonderful!

Cosmo car seat caused injury to my newborns feet.
Customer service could be improved but once they realised I wasn’t giving In
After a few back and forth emails and arguing my point and situation we managed to come to a resolution.
Glad that they have managed to resolve this upsetting experience.

Emailed Venicci after noticing my backpack with my bundle was broken, had an email back within a day and another replacement sent out instantly. Cannot recommend the after service enough. Thank you Sacha for sorting this for me.

Harry served us today, was really informative and helpful in securing our travel system! Made the process so easy and was great with any queries we had, for a company that doesn’t take commission he was absolutely amazing and definitely deserved it!

Attended the baby show in Glasgow today and Katie at the VENICCI stand was brilliant. Really knowledgable and made the full experience brilliant and easy. I have ordered the upline 3 which looks excellent and can’t wait to use it when baby comes.

Katie was absolutely fantastic at the pram show in Glasgow for us. Gave demonstrations over both days and helped us decide on our pram bundle! Highly recommend.
