Item was never send to me. There is no contact at all from the company.

One star is even to much, DONT BUY u will lose money, fake product, fake delivery SCAAAM

Complete scam stay well clear

Same as others. Scam company. avoid. Ordered a digital wall planner in good faith. Got a quick email on delivery and regular updates. Then the tracking link broke so had to chase for another several times. Then they said it had been delivered and gave an exact time and date. Cctv suggested otherwise and they never came back to me. Did a chargeback through my credit card company. Scam company, avoid.

Would give them 0 if I could. Con artists. Gave me two tracking numbers (after the first was marked as delivered despite it never arriving) and the same thing happened both times. Absolute scum and 100% con artists. Do not give them your money, they have no product to sell.

One star because i couldn't give less.

I believe this company is scamming people I just read the reviews Not even one customer have received their item.

- I ordered a Plan Executor Order Organization, from the Vennf website, on 5th December 2024, however it has never arrived.
- Like other people I received a tracking number, but after showing that it was in the process of being delivered, it stopped working.
- I've checked with my neighbours and local sorting centre with no success.
- I have tried contacting Vennf through their contact email, but I have yet to receive a response.

Well what an absalute joke of a company, nothing but lies lies lies, do not what ever you do order from vennf. It's a scam. You will not get what you order just lots of emails promising delivery and giving excuses. Do not trust them. 8 weeks and 18 emails of rubbish and now they are just completely ignoring me. Now trying to get money back, not easy

Finger weg. Ich habe die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht wie alle Anderen. Das bestellte Produkt wurde nie geliefert.

Bestellt hatte ich im Oktober, habe auch eine Tracking Nr. erhalten, Paket ist aber nie angekommen obwohl die Tracking Nr. als angeliefert angegeben worden ist. Mit dem Team Kontakt aufgenommen, es wurde sich entschuldigt und man hat angeblich ein weiteres Paket auf Reise gesendet. Dieses Mal ein anderes Transportunternehmen aber gleiches Spiel, angeblich am 17.01.geliefert, ich selber bin den ganzen Tag im Haus gewesen war aber niemand da. Habe erneut Kontakt aufgenommen aber bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich fordere mein Geld zurück, würde dort niemals mehr bestellen!!!!

- I received a tracking number, but it constantly showed the package as “in transit.” Eventually, the tracking link stopped working entirely.
- On December 28, I contacted the seller to inquire about the status of my order. They responded, claiming that the package had been delivered on December 20 and suggested I check with my neighbors. After thorough verification, none of my neighbors received the package.
-I followed up with the seller multiple times, and on January 6, they assured me they would resolve the issue. Since then, they have stopped responding to my messages entirely.

I made an order with vennf it been such a pain to even track my item waite nearly 4 week then when I finally managed to track my item for it to say it's already been delivered maybe but not to me it hasn't I would mind it said fast delivery aswel and trying to contact anyone from the shop is impossible I would not suggest useing my kids wel upset

Ich finde es einfach nur unfassbar, können wir da nichts dagegen tun kommen die wirklich damit durch?

Item ordered 19/12/2024 tracking site states delivered but this isn’t the case.

Tried to contact but had no response.

Vennf are a con company. Been asking for weeks where my shelves are and the fobbed me of with a load of crap. Got on to them again and they now say it’s been delivered if I havnt got it go check your neighbours. They won’t give me any couriers name and number or a photo where it has been delivered. Be careful
