Venombattlegear Avis

Every time I’ve ordered from Venombattlegear I’ve had great customer service and lots of communication they do a fantastic job with my Pokemon and Riftbound play mats I wouldn’t use anywhere else! The playmats are high quality and the printing is the same!

Excellent quality printing.

Royal Mail left the parcel in my neighbours bin shed and I found it five days later but that's nothing the company could have stopped.

Amazing people to work with. Incredibly accommodating with questions and I had and with creating mockups of the design on the custom playmat. Also the price is amazing compared to other sellers who charge about 40-50 pounds for the same service

Honestly super impressed with the whole process. Was really easy to order with them (other than I couldnt find the option for fieldzones) and it arrived super quick. The mat quality is fantastic and the printing is perfect! Will 100% be ordering again!

Great attention to detail and very professional service. Love it!

The entire process was great. I sent off the picture I wanted, I received an email with a mock-up of what the product would look like - giving me the option to approve it.

It was securely shipped out and received within 2 days.

The entire process took a week - on a bank holiday weekend.

The mat itself is stunning and very well finished.

Fantastic print quality! Encountered a few hurdles with my print, caused by own doing/design , and Simon went above & beyond to rectify them whilst still getting it to me in time for my campaign. Will be printing all my mini’s from him now!

I am very happy with the product I've received. Whilst I can't comment on the longevity of the mat as I have only just begun using it, the construction of it seems well put together and sturdy (I went with the stitched edges option), so I'm hopeful it will last a long time. The material of the play surface is smooth and a nice uniform fabric, perfect for moving cards around on as one would expect. The quality of the custom printing onto the play surface is great in my opinion, maintaining the level of detail that I expected from the image that I sent in (I sent it in as a jpeg at the specified size and resolution), with no blown out transitions or areas of poor saturation. It was dispatched quickly and was well packaged.

Overall I'm very impressed with the product and if I ever wanted to get something similar made then I would return here as a first port of call.

Fantastic! They called me to discuss the image I submitted. The image was a bit too large so we came to a compromise on the position of the image elements. The mat arrived super fast, also feels and looks 10/10. Can’t recommend them enough!

I love the playmat, it's a gift and my drawing was fit/printed so well. It made it look magical seeing it in person so I hope they like it.
I just drew it with a sharpie on A4 paper, took a photo and coloured it in on my phone. So it's great seeing a tangible, real-life, bigger version of it!
The printing is really brilliant and the stitched edge is definitely worth it, to feel more premium and hopefully l
last a long time.
And ordering and talking with them was easy, it arrived so fast.
Definitely going to work on more to print.

The smoothest custom item ordering experience I’ve had. Ordered a playmat. Uploaded an image with the specified dimensions. The description stated 300dpi but I only had a 100dpi version. They scaled it correctly without asking. Arrived within a week of ordering. Very happy with the result, especially at such a reasonable price. Great quality

Simon was great helping assist with the image quality issue I had

I ordered two stitched custom playmats from Venombattlegear and the quality of the print and mat surpassed my expectations. Communication from Simon was amazing and process for uploading my designs was simple. Mats arrived well within a week of placing my order. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you

The mat picture was excellent and it cane out perfectly

Absolutely brilliant, Good team, always get in touch about little touches.

Amazing mats even got a phone call to make sure of the sizing and zones, very friendly and wonderful customer service. I know where I will get future mats from 11 out of 10.

Incredible quality for the price

10/10 experience, highly recommend. Simon was really attentive to making sure I was happy with the art.

The art turned out fantastic on the mat and the production quality really shows.

Was produced and delivered in genuinely astounding fast time! Wasn't expecting it before my upcoming tournament on the 11th because of the Easter break, but arrived in plenty of time!!

Will 100% be back and recommending my friends to get their custom mats here in future.

Excellent service I appreciated to call to explain and clarify the order.
I am very impressed with the quality of the order and speed of delivery, I would highly recommend this company and definitely order from again.
