Venombattlegear Avis

Great service, swift, high quality, highly recommended.

The service and product quality are both incredible!

I sent in a custom design, and after phoning them to check on my order, I was informed how my playmat would turn out. The quality of the image printed on the mat was amazing and feels really good. Excellent customer service and quality of product, I would highly recommend them.

I ADORE Venombattlegear! I’ve had 4 playmats printed with them and love how each of them came out. Their customer service is top notch and I have always received my orders in a timely fashion.
Can’t recommend them enough!

Very good service and responsive customer care. Item was printed and delivered quicker than time expected (4 days for creating product and delivery is excellent). The mat, stitching and print are of high quality. I really recommend as it is a great way to personalise items for gifts. I will be ordering another customised mat for myself. Thank you.

Print quality was great and it was shipped quickly. everything from simple and easy to request and I would recommend this to other people.

Incredible service! I accidentally sent a file with some border errors, and the team at Venom Battle Gear personally reached out to help me fix it rather than just printing a flawed mat. The quality of the print and the mat itself are both 10/10. They truly care about the final result. Highly recommended!

Great communication and the playmat looks great

Ordered 4 mats, they immediately called me to confirm the designs, very friendly and the order arrived in 6 days. The mats look great, cant recommend them enough!

Very easy to order. Simon called to confirm details to get exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and professional. Product excellent quality.

Great service provided for a high quality product, and turnaround was within a week (which is great for a custom product!) Very happy with the service provided and Simon was super helpful with feedback on the printing and artwork, will definitely be going through Venombattlegear again whenever I need new products :)

Simon was incredibly helpful with fulfilling my bulk playmat order and offered a good discount on the bulk order of playmats.

The playmats came out incredibly high quality and I am extremely pleased with how the playmats have turned out.

The team at VBG communicated throughout the process and delivered an amazing playmat

Exactly what I was looking for, was off the back of a meme my pod uses, even reached out to talk about it and gave me options on how to make it look great, cant rate highly enough

I had an amazing experience. The company called me to clarify the dimensions of my image and I think this just shows the care they put into making sure the playmats look the best for their customers. The playmat feels amazing and is clearly high quality. I cannot wait to give my partner their custom playmat for valentines day! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom playmat for mtg or other card games.

Great customer service, turnaround time and printing quality.

Really good quality, fast turnaround. Will definitely use again
