Venombattlegear Avis

Great service and great customer service

I've ordered from other custom playmat and mouse mat sellers in the uk, and the quality & vibrancy of the print, thickness and quality of the stitching is vastly superior from venombattlegear over these other sites. Very impressed.

Amazing support, amazing product, superb fast delivery, 10/10

Friendly & Helpful. Quality print & finish on playmat, along with speedy delivery! Will use again.

Brilliant experience in buying my husband a personalised playmat! I used the chat function on the website to ask a question about choosing a picture for the playmat, as I was unsure on what size photo to use. Simon was extrenely helpful and told me that a 16:9 photo is a close fit for the playmat, which made it easier for me. I had created a collage of photos to upload as one picture for the mat, but was unsure how it would look and if the quality would be good enough, so Simon sent me an email with what it would look like before printing, which was very helpful too. Once I'd given the 'ok' the playmat was made and sent out to me very quickly. Safe to say the playmat is amazing, greay quality and my husband absolutely loves it with images of our son on! Thanks so much Venombattlegear and Simon for a great experience, would definitely purchase again!

Quick turnaround time, custom mat looks really good.

I had been looking at Custom Playmats for a while and after a little research, saw that Venom had some great reviews and feedback. I messaged with a couple of questions as I wasnt 100% sure on exact sizing etc.
They were very helpful, talked me through all the requirements and even helped adjust artwork a little.
They have arrived today after less than a week, and I couldnt be happier with the quality! I will definitely be back

Amazing service and high quality product. Our sponsored team love these.

I've made multiple orders with Venom Battle Gear for playmats as prizes for Magic: The Gathering tournaments, and everything has always exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the mats is fantastic, as well as the image quality. If there's ever been an issue with the image I've provided, I've been contacted promptly and advised on the best course of action.

Price and shipping has also been great. Affordable price and always prompt shipping!

Great customer service, called me to discuss my preference of how the image would be cropped. And have received the mat now and it looks stellar! Great quality print and material. Looking forward to gifting it to my friend. Good value too for a custom mat! Will definitely buy here again

There was an issue with some of the images I had uploaded for custom playmats, recieved a call next day after placing the order going over alterations made. Mats arrived very quickly and all look great.
Many thanks

The mat looks really good, to the point someone asked where I got it from. I can't wait to order another one as this one was a gift
