They are a scam
Bought products said order was dispatched then said it was lost and do I want them resent. I replied within their timeframe with a yes. The next day I was emailed that a refund had been processed and would arrive 7-15 business days it's now 8 March and still no refund. I have emailed back requesting they track the refund and no reply.
Just a scam company using a name very close to what I suspect is a real company. Don't buy from them.

Despite repeated attempts to contact re order placed 5 January 2026 I have received no further information. Site did look legit.

This site is a SCAM. I read reviews and thought I had done my due diligence. Placed my order and received email stating
"...Order been marked as lost / unable to be delivered etc.."
**I replied stating to reissue my order** sent another email asking for confirmation. No reply. I cannot even access the website!

The CC amount was deducted in Copenhagen!! Bank advised to cancel my CC which I did and lodged a report of the scam.
Never been SCAMMED BEFORE!

It would be lovely if the order arrived and if customer service responded.

Honestly didn’t expect the quality to be this good. The dress fits beautifully and the fabric feels way more expensive than what I paid. Delivery was quicker than I thought too.

Loved that there were so many colours to choose from. I ended up grabbing the same top in three shades. They’re perfect for work and weekend.
