I love being to schedule appointments for video chats from home and the renewal process is a breeze. I also appreciate the discount for renewing early, but doing it every 6 months eventually puts it quite a bit in advance of the prescriptions expiring. But that's another thing I don't understand, the card is good for one year but prescriptions every 7 months? (not Veriheal's policy it's the government!)

Quick and easy to book. Met with the same doctor from previous renewals - he reviewed in advance and remembered our conversations. Checked in on how it was working for me since our last meeting and wrapped up the visit fast & effectively.

I went to the dispensary and found out the dr license was revoked. It took me over a week to get a new certification. I had to keep calling to finally get it emailed to me

This was the first time the MD did not show up. I called to get rescheduled which was very easy, the support person was very helpful. Then zero issues for the next attempt.
