I logged on for my doctor appointment 5…
I logged on for my doctor appointment 5 minutes prior to the start time. 20 minutes later no doctor. So I had to call and was promised a later appointment and some kind of credit for all of the delays. I set aside the time during my day and nothing. I called again and was promised a call back because they were too busy. Finally I got my appointment scheduled and talked to a very nice doctor and finally all is well. Still NO CREDIT. I will use a different service next time.
