First thing this company is doing right…

First thing this company is doing right is employing a young man by the name of Marciano. Let me tell you my experience with him. Calling your company out of frustration and a bit of desparation, young Mr. Marciano quickly put me at ease and made me realize that not only had I called tha the right company, I got the right agent.
He found me the discounts, explained things in a comprehensive, professional, yet easy way. Quick with a laugh and a quip. I had contacted the big companys that are on the commercials, and what they did was give my number and information out to every third party in thier roladex while telling me that they could not insure me because I'm older and have never had a drivers licence. But if I needed an sr22 for drunk driving or whatever else you need one of those for, no problem they could work with that. What the heck?!?
Marciano on the other side said to me " Don't worry Mr. Raymond , we will get you insured to day for less." And damn aaif he didn't do exactly that.
Mr.Marciano, thank you sir. You made a very frustrating and confusing process easy, you did it with professionalism, humor, respect, understanding, knowledge, and plain ole good-naturedness. I am glad to have met you, and glad to call you my agent.
Freeway Insurance, you have a really fantastic asset working in your company, support him, train him, and then let him train others. I do believe you will be glad you did.

Terrible!!!

Terrible!!!! They are all scammers!! Who ever you talk to at National General will try their best to get any dollar from you. Cancelled through email to the agency National General provided, which is Vern Fonk insurance services, one day before end of policy, I sent several emails and never received a response, got worried so I called, which I don’t want because I prefer everything to be documented. I got directed to a woman that might have been on call because she was clearly having a bbq with her family and I heard them all yip-yapping. I told her of the situation and she cancelled the policy right there because it hadn’t yet. Then she’s trying to get me to pay 65$usd for cancelling early. I was baffled because I told her I just didn’t not want to renew and she tried to scare me that if I didn’t pay it would go to collections, she got the wrong one because I wasn’t going to pay anything to her or the company. I literally had to tell her ‘no’ about 5 times until she said I would need to speak to another associate, but I hung up and went back to emailing again. I wrote a very long email and they responded with I owe now $40usd. I wrote another long email and the next day it was at $0. But then I get another email that was not encrypted some link to go to, but they are not gonna fool me, so I went to my account and it said $0, everything was paid in full.
Basically I would be weary about this company, their agents are money hungry too. And policies prices fluctuate every month, just terrible!!

Edit: I refuse to contact them for any reason. Why would I contact Vern Fonk or National General when they have already showed me their true colors. They showed me how they do business by just taking my money and not servicing me when needed. Now they want to fix the issue when I’m no longer doing business with them which is pointless. If they weren’t up to parr when I was giving them my hard earned money, there’s no way my one little review will change how they do business. It’s disappointing because I trusted them for years, thinking I was given the best auto insurance rate but they keeps going up, about 8$ usd every month, and when I had a issue and contacted Vern Fonk email provided by National General they don’t respond, I don’t think that contact information is even valid. Don’t be fooled either by their agents, they are very nice and convincing at times, DO NOT BUY IT!
I WAS a customer for three years until I had enough of my rate going up constantly. I can show you proof, this is a valid review! Bye forever! You lost a good one.
