My warranty was one month old.They replaced the turbo in my seven fifty I bmw7000.$ 7 mos later they replaced the airstrip 3500. Great company.

I discovered chaiz.com thru a video on YouTube. I wanted to purchase a service contract for my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek that I gifted to my granddaughter. I spoke with Charlie on the phone after searching the website and finding a plan that would work for me and cover the major systems for the Crosstrek. Charlie helped me to finalize my decision and set everything up. He was knowledgeable, patient and didn’t pressure me into purchasing. I took the time that I needed to make my decision.
