Called to get help to get a new policy. Worked with Charlie and he was very helpful with getting the policy started. He answered all my questions. He even got back to me in a timely manner with a questions he wanted to make sure he had the correct answer for. Very polite and helpful.

I recently purchased a policy with Chaiz and had a great experience working with Eric and Charlie. They were very informative, observant to my needs, and helpful in ensuring I was covered with everything I needed. The contract provided was very straight forward and the price was competitive. I feel covered for more than I expected at a price lower than any other. This way by far my best experience with making a policy of any kind. I didn’t get a ton of calls at work and was able to email and work it out to speak with them on my time.

After doing a lot of research, Chaiz is the only place that I could find where I could compare warranties and purchase online. I didn't want to submit my number to various sites and have multiple companies contacting me. I was able to compare and make a choice after reading all of the contracts associated with the options I had.

Quick and easy experience
It was quick and easy to get an extended warranty for my vehicle. This is the only website that allowed me to actually see the prices and compare them so I can make an intelligent decision. I was referred to other companies but this company had the best prices and it was very easy to get set up with the new policy.

I was initially skeptical about moving forward with Chaiz due to past issues with another car warranty company. However, my experience completely changed after speaking with Erick Fettingis. When I didn’t finish my initial questionnaire, Erick personally reached out and offered to discuss everything over the phone. That conversation was one of the most insightful, pleasant, and honest interactions I’ve ever had with a vendor.
Erick was never pushy—just well-informed, professional, and genuinely easy to talk to. Our call lasted over 45 minutes, but it honestly didn’t feel like it because of how engaging and helpful he was.
