Love the balzers!
All I can say is that Veronica Beard has some serious fans in Canada! My friends and I all LOVE the balzers. We're like a Veronica Beard gang! I have 2 blazers and have been eyeing the blue linen but it's sold out in my size - 12. Fabulous line - keep up the excellent work! (Sept 3) Also, about a week ago I received the gorgeous velvet blazer (colour - dark red wine) - so glad I ordered it quickly because my size is already sold out!

Wish I had read the reviews on here and it seems like a common problem.
Customer service has provided a generic “policy” about stock. At point of purchase there was no warning and the item is still fully in stock on their website.

Just wanted to say I have bought 2 pieces from Veronica Beard online services. The first one was a dress . For 223.00 and some change .they received the dress on July 26 and my refund date will be on aug 8, 2024. I did not get my refund. The bank said to investigate might take another 30 days. I’ve contacted them via email. The dress was a size xl 16 I normally wear and it was like a child’s size. So was the other garment. I bought. Their prices are not low. They show state that sizes are for people very , very thin. I’m hurt , I upset, and disappointed that they charge so much for garments than only preteens can wear. And they do not like to refund your money back as promised. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Do not order Veronica Beard online
Beware of ordering Veronica Beard clothing online. I ordered 6 tee shirts totaling $928.00 and returned one. They charged a $15.00 restocking fee for a product that cost $138.00, which they said would be comped if I made an exchange. I had just ordered 4 more tee shirts which were in route, so I called customer service to request a refund of the restocking fee. I called two days at different hours, but always heard a recorded message telling me all representatives were busy, asking me to leave my number for them to return my call. Not sure if they return calls. I did not leave a number. Both packages were shipped in cheap cardboard boxes that could not be reused, so now I've incurred the cost of a new box. I have no complaint about the quality of the brand, just the quality of their customer service. In the future, I will buy Veronica Beard from Neiman Marcus. Their customer service is exceptional.

Do not order online as if you return the item you will not get your refund as they promised... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...I am still calling and emailing them everyday, but to no avail. Excuses like WINNIE a service rep said, "I have to contact the warehouse to see if they logged it in yet" They had it per UPS for 12 days.She promised to credit it if they had it. NO RESPONSE and NO REFUND YET .. BEWARE

if there was one star I would give it. The quality of the items is poor. Then they charge a 35 Pound restocking charge. Why would I ever every buy from here???
Junk clothing
Wow.. did the quality of VB go down. Veronica Beard has beautiful designs but bad quality. I purchased a denim dress in the fall and paid 600.00 dollars. The seam in the back came apart after wearing it once. Then I bought a trench coat, paid 900.00 dollars and couldn’t believe it when I saw it. All around the button holes strings were hanging out.. it looked frayed. I can’t believe this coat got past quality control. I have seen better quality coats at Target for 40.00. Most of VB clothing is made in China! Pretty sad for the price they charge that it’s made in China but charge like it’s made in Italy. They must be making a killing!

Love VB clothing - especially the lovely jackets. But I will never order from them directly again. Take ages to get a refund and the customer service is nonexistent. Awful!

I have bought several items. I love them although they have needed some adjustments. They arrived quickly. However I have sent back an expensive jacket as it was too small. DO NOT BUY from online site! If you have to return anything their SERVICE and timeline to refund is one of the WORST I’ve ever experienced!!!
I sent back (the items that could actually be sent back) - read the fine print before purchasing, paid the Restock fee and it’s been 11 Business Days - total 15 days since I shipped back and have NOT been refunded a $1. Their “customer service “ said it’s been received but takes 10 business days before they will let me know if and what will be refunded!!! TERRIBLE, as VB clothes are nice but this brands team and policies are NOT. I’d stick to Nordstrom if you plan to buy and AVOID this website to purchase!!
Won’t respond to my emails
Really really disappointed by the customer service here for returns. I want to exchange and no-one will answer my emails. I know they have received my return back as it was tracked. It makes me just want my money back and have nothing more to do with them. Disappointed as I love the look of their clothes.

Update:
After numerous requests I finally managed to contact customer service. My issue was resolved immediately thanks to Georgia, a very helpful and polite representative. It’s only because of her that I am giving 3 stars. Still, there is no excuse for such big delays.
The service is horrible.
I placed an order one week ago and it hasn’t even been prepared yet! I understand that there might be delays but what I don’t accept is the fact that they don’t respond to any of my emails and messages. Their call center doesn’t respond either, I have called multiple times and it’s always busy.
They are acting like a scam. I don’t understand, why having an eshop if you cannot handle this?
Totally disappointed, will never shop directly from them again.
No Christmas cheer here
I received a shirt and pants set gift for Christmas from my mom and the sizing was too small. So I asked to exchange the items and they refused, as it was outside of a 21 day window. It’s Christmas, Come on!

Awful! Complete lack of customer service! If you return an item, you never get your refund. Unbelievable! Will never buy again, they should be shut for stealing from their customers.
Final sale ruined for me
I bought two items final sale, as I have bought several things from VB final sale in the past and was pleased. These two arrived, the skirt had a zipper put in backwards and the blouse was several sizes smaller than the one I had previously bought. Their customer service announced, too bad final sale. At my banks suggestion, I took pictures of the two items and eventually the charge was lifted. I suspect that they just throw inferior items in boxes that were marked final sale and mail them off and we the customers are stuck. Maybe the two privileged Veronicas should be more conscientious about their customer service and policies
No Refund after Returning Item
I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying from Veronica Beard's website. I had previously ordered a jacket via Net-a-Porter, which is how I came across the brand. It was too large and the smaller size was out of stock, so I ordered it from the VB website directly.
The smaller size was still too large and cut strangely, so I sent it back for a refund. They are deducting £35 for the return postage, which is shocking enough; I initially had no idea the item was coming from the US and that return postage was chargeable.
They have received the jacket back and have not refunded me. I have sent three emails and got a stock response from them, which said that my query is being forwarded to VB Canada. Why would they do this, when I am in Europe?
There have been no more answers to my emails and I am worried I will never receive my refund. It is disquieting when a company goes completely silent on a customer, not replying to any emails; especially when they are holding hundreds of pounds of my money.
