Do not stand behind their expensive product
I have a piece of clothing that i love, but has frayed at the seams symmetrically in both arms so that it is unable to be repaired. Upon getting in touch with them, it has taken multiple emails for them to tell me that I should be able to repair it at a local tailor. I’ve already inquired and none of my local tailors can fix it, as it is really a design flaw.
Shame on you Veronica Beard for not standing behind your products. As much as your things cost, this should never happen, and if it does, you should be eager and willing to make it right. You’ve lost me as a customer forever.

I was never refunded for one of my item.
I purchased 2 items on same order on October 10.
I returned the first item (hibiscus pants) and they refunded me on October 18.
I returned days later the second item (Taylor denim pants for 328 Canadian$ plus tax) and never refunded me and its been 1.5 months.
I have sent multiple emails about my second item. I have sent around 6-7 emails. They replied me once after multiple communications attempts that they refunded the 1st item. I replied 5 times to refund me the second item. They never responded back.
I have tried to call their customer service line multiple times. They never pick up.
I have never experienced such nightmare.
I discovered this brand this year, but Ill never purchase again from this brand until they look up my case and refund me.
I am helpless to get a human from their customer service to talk to and have a correct response on when they will refund me the TAYLOR pants.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. What I ordered was very obviously sewn incorrectly. The bottom of the dress was so tight around my knees (size 4 that fit otherwise) that I would have had to shuffle my feet to walk. They said it was a final sale and would not offer an exchange, credit or refund. I was on hold for 3.5 hours before I got a customer service rep and Winnie, who I talked with was very rude and offered zero help. I'm a very good VB customer spending thousands of dollars with them...not anymore, I'm done after this experience!

I don't normally write reviews, and to be honest I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. I am from Australia so returning the dress was going to be problematic. So i have to share my sheer joy when the dress came; the quality was amazing- the cloth, design, workmanship was perfect. I am now the proud owner of one of the best dresses I have ever owned. The fit and how it feels is amazing. Can't wait to celebrate Christmas in this dress.
So don't be put off by the bad reviews, as in my experience it simply wasn't the case.
Customer Service the Absolute Worst
I ordered a sale top early in September. I received two, a week apart. When I went to place my online order one of my credit cards appeared on the screen and IMMEDIATELY the order went through. I did not select that credit card. I never put in the security code. No vendor should process an order without a security code being entered. Attempts to reach customer service were for naught. Finally, three weeks later I did get an email from a VB rep. She merely gave me info on how to return the top. This would not have worked. The top was a final sale. I had already returned the second top. It was sent to the main office because it was a final sale. So far I am out $110.00 and see that at this point I will not be credited. I will never purchase from VB again. Granted, I had mostly purchased sale items. But it was in my future to go full price.
Don’t order directly from VB - zero customer service for damaged items
One of the items in my order had a noticeable hole on the front. Attempting to return it online incurs a $15 “handling fee” even though the item was damaged. Cannot exchange it because the item is listed as “unavailable” via their return portal (even though it is available on their website). 2 emails and multiple phone calls resulted in no response. Return window closes in less than a week. I will contact my CC company if VB doesn’t resolve this before the return window closes.
No way to reach customer service
No way to reach customer service. Nobody answers the phone. they tell you they'll call you when it's your turn. They don't. They say leave a message and they'll call you back. They don't. They tell you you can hold for a representative, but then every single time they will tell you everyone is busy and there's nobody to answer your call and they'll direct you to leave your number, which they will never use. They say they'll respond to your emails. They don't. I've tried all of the above at least 5 times each method and nothing. I even left a message at corporate. It's the most unprofessional company I've ever come across. I was a huge fan before but will never buy from them again.
PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PRIOR REVIEW.
I was finally contacted by phone and email by Bella in Customer Care. To my profound surprise and delight, Bella facilitated my exchange efficiently, even providing me with a free return shipping label. Within 2 days of receiving the original garments, the replacement ones were shipped to me. I have changed my review to 5 stars based on the care and concern exhibited by Bella at Veronica Beard. Although it took a little more time than I would have liked for my issue to be resolved, in the end Customer Care at Veronica Beard came through with flying colors and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I have emailed three times and called three times. I even provided my phone number hoping to receive a call back. I was attempting to ask for a one-time exception to be made to the Final Sale policy. Two garments I purchased are cut too generously for my frame so I was hoping to exchange them for a smaller size. I was willing to pay for the shipping both ways. Clearly, placing an order over $800 does not entitle a loyal customer like me a response. I caution anyone who might take advantage of a sale on Veronica Beard's website: make sure you know the garment is going to fit. Otherwise you're SOL.

Terrible and illegal business practice
I purchased a final sale dress that has a defective zipper and they will not allow a return. This is not a legal policy. Customer service sent me a form letter reiterating the final sale rules which are inapplicable then ignored my complaint. Bizarre business model for a luxury brand retailer. 21 horrible Yelp reviews and tons of BBB complaints. Wish I read them first; especially the reviews about the known defect with this dress.
Where is my money Veronica?
Veronicabeard.com has provided the worst customer service ever! I'm UK based but was lulled into buying directly from their US website by their glossy image. I returned two pairs of trousers which arrived at their depot on 7th Feb and there has still been no credit to my account (20th Feb). My bank has confirmed that no such request is pending. I then wished to return a jacket and have been trying to do so for the last two weeks but they have simply ignored my emails and not resolved my query about the return of a jacket - I feel this is simply a deliberate way of holding onto my money and making the return as difficult as possible. This doesn't reflect the image which the owners portray on social media and in the press. Beautiful clothes but once I do get a refund I will never buy from then again. Buyer's beware!
