From initial 'just looking' through to purchase the whole experience was a pleasure. No pressure sales spiel,plenty of time given. This was a purchase made through mobility in no way were we made to feel uncomfortable the whole process was professional and friendly. Using the Derby branch I would make a special mention to Saffron who went above and beyond a rarity in this day and age. So vertue classes in my eyes as second to none.

I've just bought a car through vertu citroen derby. They made the whole process very easy and took the stress out. I part exchanged at the same time. All the staff we met were very friendly. And no pressure from the sales department, they were just truly helpful. Trying to accommodate around my budget. Thanks again to the sales team and service department. Can highly recommend. Well Scott Burton was a fantastic rep he is extremely thorough on explaining everything and showing you about the things in the car ,especially as we are not techno knowledgeable, so fingers crossed we will have happy driving experience in the car as we had the Dacia sandero stepway before .

Picked up a great little car from Vertu this weekend at a great price, and Katie was so helpful from start to finish! She even offered to arrange pick up from the train station I was arriving at. Couldn't recommend Vertu more highly enough!
