Alex and the staff at Vertu first and foremost created a deal where I was happy and they were happy with the money. Alex guided me through the process,, kept in contact and kept me updated. I didn’t feel pressured, just helped along the way with the purchase of a beautiful new Citroen C5 Aircross.

The service from our sales guy Will and the team was absolutely superb. Will was so knowledgeable but at no time did we feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The showroom is spotless and drinks were offered to us adding another thoughtful part of our experience. We have had our own successful business for many years and have purchased several vehicles. I have to say this was the best experience ever. Will was so patient with us, we would not hesitate to purchase another car in the future and recommend Vetu Honda Derby to family and friends.

Amazing staff
All the staff at Citroen Derby were very helpful. They couldn’t do more to make me feel welcome. In particular, Saffron who handle my new car buying went out of her way to get me the best deal. The process of buying a car was very straight forward and everything was explained very clearly.

Amazing to deal with!
From start to finish the whole process was simple and easy. Dan whom I dealt with, was easy to chat with, no slaw pitch that was over the top, which for me is always a win win situation!
The car was delivered to our address down in Devon and again Dan made sure everything went smoothly. He kept me informed on delivery day of when the vehicle left the showroom.
