Great service from Allan in sales and Justin in parts, however, the simple little details that are so easy to get right have been very frustrating. Tyre pressures incorrect. 9 bird lime marks in the paint laquer, sealed under the ceramic coat. Number plates attached too tight with an electric screwdriver, replaced, but then the rear very wonky. Valeting very poor both inside and out. These are so simple to get right but have unfortunately detracted from the new car experience.

My experience at Škoda for my Mobility car.
Helpful, professional but friendly, easy to discuss my needs, showroom was clean and comfortable.
My car is perfect for making my life independent with plenty of space in the boot for the hoist which enables me to get my scooter out of the boot.
But of course it looks beautiful. Easy and comfortable to drive with plenty of room for the family

Magical experience/unveiling of our new family car at vertu Nissan with Bradley!!!
The customer service and experience of surprising my austitic daughter with our new car was magical! Bradley the sales person was very nice offered us refreshments and was really helpful from the first visit to about a week later organising the suprise unveiling of our new car! He was really professional but at the same time give us all the key information and advice n support we needed. Bradley made us all feel very welcome amd is great at his job! So thank you to Bradley and all the staff at vertu Nissan and I would recommended this car deaship to any of my friends/ family and allready have! Customer service and a friendly face, with customer rapport second to none! Bradley made sure all the information was clear and that we understood what the deposits was for and what extras I got for it! All in all an absolute pleasure to have him as my dealship representative and would give him a 5* review and some. Thank you so much for everything you did for us it was an amazing day one will all will never forget! Customer service and poor after sales
Customer service and after sales from this Vertu dealership in Darlington has taken a rapid decline from the days it was owned by Bristol Street Motors. Whilst I am unable to comment about the buying process or experience of servicing a Seat or Cupra car from this dealership, I can for purchasing a non Seat or Cupra used car. I would strongly recommend that you don’t buy from this dealership and purchase directly from a reputable company, ideally one who has a built up a good name over many years. Service plans from Vertu are useless and not worth purchasing. If Google allowed a -5 score, this is what Vertu would receive rather than +1. I would not purchase a vehicle from any Vertu dealerships again or have anything to do with them. Vertu can forget about replying to this post reaching out to its [former] customer as they know exactly what was wrong on multiple occasions. Too little, too late.

On arrival we was greeted with michel a lovely friendly witty funny guy.
Michel the sales guy new his stuff about the car we was looking at buying. We was taken on a long test drive and everything was explained well.
The drinks area was great and comfortable seating areas too.
We was happy with the whole experience.

I had a full service carried out on my…
I had a full service carried out on my vehicle. As soon as I left the garage, the EPC warning light came on. I tried to contact the garage the same day, but they had already closed. I contacted customer services to let them know what had happened, and I was told that a note would be made and that someone would contact me on Monday. Monday came and I had not heard anything, so I called the garage myself. I was told to book the car back in so they could investigate the issue. I did this and left the vehicle with them for the day. However, when I collected the car and drove away, the EPC light came back on again.
I contacted the garage once more and was told that somebody would get back to me. Unfortunately, no one did. Over the following days, I repeatedly tried to contact the garage by phone but received no response. I then contacted the regional office, who also struggled to get hold of the Darlington branch. Messages were left on multiple occasions,
The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. The regional office has now booked my vehicle in for August, but this issue has been ongoing since immediately after the service and has still not been resolved. It has been a nightmare trying to get hold of the right person, and I am very disappointed with both the service provided and the lack of customer support.

I had great experience getting a car…
I had great experience getting a car through Vertu Seat Darlington. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Communication through the whole process was brilliant too and I was kept in the loop at every stage whenever possible. The process itself moved quickly, and I felt like I got great value for what I was paying for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at getting a car. Overall I was very satisfied with the car and the service in general. I personally dealt with their staff member Anna, and she was very helpful throughout the process.
