None pushy staff
The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable about each car i was interested in and provided none pushy advise on each model. The sale person who dealt with my sale Chris at Cheltenham was excellent: polite, attentive and was good enough to be able to turn around the sale within 24 hours.

James kept in touch with me all the…
James kept in touch with me all the time, giving me updates on when I could view the vehicle and test drive it, sent a great video as soon as he received the car, so that I could view it at my own leisure, this is the 4th car I've bought from Ford over the years, and I've never been disappointed.

An enjoyable day
The salesman Jamie Merriman was really friendly helpful and not at all pushy he gave me plenty of time ,he wasn’t rushing me to make a decision. He explained everything very clearly. I felt that I wasn’t under pressure which enhanced the experience of buying a new car.

Do not touch them with a barge pole!
Denying causing potentially lethal damage to our car saying it’s ‘impact damage’ (there must be a magician throwing multiple stones in the opposite direction at just the right angle to miss everything else and hit the back of the radiator causing two holes, who knew?).
Dealer principle is condescending.
Their attitude is disgusting, they are arrogant, talk down to you and clearly their ‘expert technicians’ don’t care about the work they’re doing on people’s cars.
Their attention to detail is such that they didn’t even put the wheel arches back on properly after actually repairing the vehicle (after having it for a month)
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Absolute cowboys.
They will take no responsibility and they will kill somebody one day because of their negligence.
Not sure what has happened to Ford over the last few years but they have no business considering themselves reputable.

Excellent service by Sam Davies at Vertu Ford Cheltenham. Disappointed in my original choice of a car and subsequent issue with the IT on vehicle, however rang to make use of the ten day money back scheme, and was treated with respect and understanding, exchanged vehicle without issue.
