Superb Service
Having dealt with many car dealerships over the years I have to say our experience with Vertu Newcastle Ford surpasses the rest.
Sarah Creighton has a passion for her product, extensive knowledge. There was no pressure to buy and nothing was a bother to her, which is a rare gift nowadays. We’d like to thank her once again for making the purchase of my new Puma Sound a real pleasure.

Exceptional, friendly service
Firstly, as a potential customer from Northern Ireland where vehicle prices are higher, the price of the vehicle purchased was very good value. Being cautious about having to, in effect, have the "deal done" before seeing the vehicle, I have to say that Mark Hubbard, the sales rep, was extremely helpful. He went that "extra mile" with all aspects of the transaction, even picking me up from the airport.

Excellent customer care at Vertu Honda Newcastle
We’ve just taken collection of a new Honda Jazz Crosstar from Vertu Honda Newcastle. From our first meeting with Jack, Dan and Natalie everything about the process was straightforward and well explained. Customer care was excellent from the outset and there was no pressure whatsoever. Staff acknowledged that we were looking at other brands but we were given all the relevant information we needed to help with decision making. In the end it was that high standard of customer care that made a big difference in our choice. The purchase process was relaxed and easy and we’ve ended up with an excellent deal on a fantastic car and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. Special mention to Jack who was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to Vertu Honda Newcastle. Thanks for everything, Jack!

My formal complaint about my recent experience with your dealership, specifically regarding the purchase and return of a Ford Focus and the conduct of your staff member, Lee Henderson was never acknowledged.
Buying a car without seeing it or test‑driving it first was a mistake on my part, and unfortunately, the vehicle I received was completely unacceptable. The interior of the car had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the driving experience was extremely poor. As a result, I decided to return the vehicle and request the return of my BMW within three days.
While Lee Henderson was very pleasant and helpful during the sales process, his behaviour changed entirely once I asked for my original car back. He withheld my V5 logbook under the false promise that it would be returned to me once the dealership received the Ford Focus logbook. He only provided the green slip and assured me that the rest would be sent back, which did not happen.
More seriously, he deliberately failed to inform me that my BMW was about to be de‑taxed and de‑registered. Had I not contacted the DVLA myself a few days later to check the status of the vehicle, I would have unknowingly been driving an untaxed and potentially unregistered car, which could have resulted in significant fines. When I confronted him about this, he acted surprised, and the following day left me a message claiming it was “standard procedure,” which I find unacceptable and misleading.
