Great service from Vertu Boston Honda
We have just bought a car from Vertu Boston Honda and were really pleased with the service we received from Chris P. As we were unable to travel to view the car, Chris sent us a video and discussed everything with us over the phone. It was a very smooth transaction. We have only had the car for 4 days, but he has already called twice to check if we had any further queries and to ensure we were still happy with our purchase, which we are!

Been a customer at Boston Honda for many years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else, the overall service is outstanding, from all the teams.
Staff are friendly and very welcoming, and always go above and beyond to ensure that we have the right car for our needs.
Tom (car sales) always looks after us, and has helped for me and the wider
family chose the right car - we alone have 3 cars from Boston Honda on our drive, along with 2 cars for both parents (5 cars from the same dealership says a lot!)

I’ve just collected my second Honda…
I’ve just collected my second Honda from Boston Honda and once again the whole experience has been brilliant. We normally deal with Tom, but as he was taking a well‑deserved break, Estelle looked after us — and she was absolutely fantastic.
Estelle supported us throughout the entire process, kept everything clear and stress‑free, and made sure we were well looked after from start to finish. Her customer service was exceptional and a real credit to Honda.
I absolutely love my new car, and the handover was smooth, friendly, and really enjoyable. Boston Honda has always treated us incredibly well, and it’s clear they truly know and value their customers — which is exactly why people stay loyal to Honda.

Great service and friendly staff …
Made us welcome as soon as we walked in the showroom. Couldn't have asked for more. The service desk just happen to be the first people we meet but soon got us introduced to the very helpful people in sales. A week later we took delivery of our new CR-V. I can thoroughly recommend Boston Honda great people and great service.

Great sales pitch
I have to say the service I got from Charlotte the sales lady was very good. I even told her manager that she was great. However having the time for a closer look at the car I am very disappointed with the valet I had to point out on collection dirt around the rear armrests and when home I could see the car had not really been valeted I could have done better myself. Not all the bents and scratches have been done in fact I cannot see why we had to wait over a week for the car. But to be fair they did fit new tyres and did a service.
