We purchased a Hyundai Kona from Exeter Hyundai today great experience from having a test drive to buying the vehicle and sorting all the paperwork out to get us on the road .

All staff were amazing , especially jason, beth , matt and lewis.
Very patient sold me my first car .

I had a very friendly welcome and the whole experience with test drive and paperwork went smoothly. My questions all answered well and patiently.

Our visit to Vertu Hyandai Exeter today was a very good car buying experience.
The salesman we dealt with was Peter Fisher...he made us feel very welcome and at no time did we feel under any kind of pressure his knowledge of your vehicles was first class and nothing was too much trouble for him..and we came away with a new car!

Beth was amazing from start to finish on my experience with Hyundai Exeter. She kept me well informed prior to my visit, as well as being an excellent representative during my time at the showroom and whilst we were on the road in the test drive. She made sure that I felt like my experience was the best it possibly could be and ensured that despite a combination of numerous roadworks which meant worrying about heavy traffic, that I got a good test drive in that made me feel happy that I had tested it to satisfaction. She explained everything clearly and she gauged the best way to approach our conversations and interactions. She was a credit to herself and Hyundai Exeter. 10/10

Today I was 250 miles from home in North London in my new/used 3 year old i10. 2 yellow warning lights appeared on my dashboard...I was 10 miles away from Hyundai Exeter. I went into the showroom and there by the doorway was the Service Reception desk..Aaron was so kind, professional and helpful, just perfect...he dealt with the problem with such calm confidence.

I had a fantastic experience at Hyundai Vertu Exeter thanks to Joe, the General Manager and team. We originally popped in just to get some car mats for my i30 after a cat had unfortunately had an accident in the car. Joe couldn’t have been more helpful—he even kindly lent us the dealers neutraliser to help! On top of that, he took time out of his busy day to sit with us for a friendly, relaxed chat about electric cars and the new electric models Hyundai has to offer. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our visit a pleasant one. Exceptional service and a genuinely lovely person—thank you, Joe!

Phoned Hyundai Exeter as i800 had a problem with its adblu and warning stated the car would stop in 400 miles.
Not great as we were on the way to Wales.
Lady on the service desk said that the first date they had was at the end of August.
Even though that would leave us without a car (when the 490 miles runs out)
We use their garage for servicing and asked if there anything they could do to help.
Lady was very curt and basically left us knowing this was not their problem.
No offer of cancellation list. No alternatives. No kindness.
I think our days with this dealership are at an end.
If you can’t help your customers who are in a pickle and can’t offer an alternative or even a little understanding then it’s a sorry story.
Maybe hire more mechanics ???

It was a great experience. Beth was amazing , not pushy but laidback, informative, helpful and what she didn’t know she found out . A very good experience, would highly recommend

We bought a car from Hyundal Exeter 3 weeks ago ,after an awful experience visiting another' car show room prior to here ,we were quite nervous about looking for a car .We found Hyundal Exeter online ,were We booked an appointment,to test drive a car we had seen and liked the look of ,the following day ,Beth confirmed our appointment and we went to Exeter to look at the car .Beth gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable, we took the car for a test drive ,and decided that was the car for us ,Beth explained everything to us and there was never any pressure selling or no rushed approach, Beth is an asset to the company ,she made us feel relaxed and made the experience of buying a car enjoyable (unlike the previous company we had visited)Once the car was ready and paperwork completed we collected our car ,it was immaculate and they had also put fuel in for us ,we would like to say a big thank you to Beth you we great ,and we are so pleased with our new car .
