New Motability Car From Vertu Motors.
Choosing my wife’s new Motability car was made easy by Vertu Motors, Widnes Nissan. My wife is dasabled so I drive the car.
Sales Consultant Kara Jones was very professional, friendly and really helpful with my choice of car. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the cars and the Motability set up.
My wife was kept well informed about the Status of her purchase throughout the procedure and couldn’t really have asked for more. Her new car was delivered on the given date and the hand over of the cars was again very easy.

An excellent experience from start to…
I received an excellent level of service from start to finish at Vertu Motors, particularly from salesman Tom Gibson. His professionalism, courtesy, and extensive knowledge were evident throughout the process. Most importantly, he was patient and took the time to answer all correspondence promptly and address my questions in person with clarity and confidence. Tom was extremely helpful in guiding me toward the right vehicle, making the entire experience straightforward and enjoyable.
A big commendation to Vertu Motors Widnes. I will certainly return in the future.

Review of service received by our salesman Robert was absolutely
Our salesman Robert was absolutely fantastic. When the right car for me was not in Nissan Widnes, he looked everyday on the internet to find it for me. I am so grateful to him. It took a while but is was worth waiting for. I would recommend Virtu to anyone who was looking to buy a car. Their service is second to none.

Avoid them at all cost
Avoid them at all cost. I had an issue with the service/MOT. I was not guided properly and was made paying for something that was not even required to pass the MOT. When I raised a complaint, they attempted to shift all the blame onto me. I pointed out that our conversations were recorded, yet they later claimed that they were unable to provide the call recordings.
After I presented all the evidence and messages, they finally admitted fault. Even then, they tried to lock me into using them again for next year’s service, which felt completely unreasonable given what had happened. I have now taken the matter to the Motor Ombudsman and can only hope for a fair outcome.
Avoid this place. My experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing.

New Qashqai from Max at Vertu
Started my dealings with Vertu when meeting Max to test drive a Qashqai. Max was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car, answering my many questions. We had a civilised haggle over the price for my trade-in Focus which ended amicably. Max was also helpful when taking my many phone enquiries before deciding to buy my new Qashqai. I was very happy with all of my dealings with Max at Vertu Widnes and would recommend them to my friends and family.
