Disaster Seat Ibiza
The Seat Ibiza which was sold to me by Vertu had multiple serious problems. Within 6 months, 2 front Wheel bearings replaced, 2 new front tyres, new battery, red engine warning light on a motorway for catalytic converter issue and Lambda sensor for the engine running poorly and misfiring and average fuel economy below 30mpg. Spent over £2000 further to try and fix but car still not performing correctly. Sold vehicle at a substantial loss to avoid investing any further money. Will avoid Vertu in the future as poor customer service.

The saleswoman Ali Stafford made us feel totally at ease and answered all our questions without any hesitation, we’d looked what several other dealerships had to offer but were fed up of being almost pressured by the staff into getting one of their models.
