I’m only giving it a 2 star because a very nice lady eventually helped me when it was escalated. Bought a bed it never came, they asked for eircode, filled it in. Waited… nothing…no email…no correspon... Voir plus

Very and I put my order through and it was delivered 48 hours later I cannot say how delighted I am with the item and Very and An Post did a great job 5 star all the way

Wrong item delivered

I recently received a wrong order but when I rang up it was sorted very quickly. The agent was very polite and sorted my issue in a few minutes.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience with Very.ie. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Our order was already delayed beyond the latest estimated delivery dates, and we had to contact customer service twice just to get the items delivered. When they finally arrived, the problems continued.

The Tutti Bambini cot had several manufacturing/assembly issues, including damaged paint and misaligned fixing holes that prevented the slats from being properly fitted. The mattress arrived in badly damaged and re-taped packaging and had dirt, human and animal hair, as well as visible blood stains. This is a baby mattress and was completely unacceptable.

We contacted Very.ie expecting a proper solution. Unfortunately, we were told that the only option was to return the items, receive a refund, place a completely new order and wait around another 4 weeks for delivery. This leaves us without a cot for our baby after already experiencing significant delivery delays.

The one positive is that they agreed to price-match the original discounted price for the replacement order, so we would not lose the original discount. The customer service representative we spoke to was also polite and genuinely tried to help.

However, overall, we felt there was very little care for the customer and no real accountability for the delivery problems and defective products. We were left having to deal with the inconvenience of returning everything and waiting weeks again for essential baby items.

A very frustrating experience, particularly when ordering products that are needed for a baby. I would not recommend Very.ie based on this experience.

Falsely advertised the item I ordered…

Falsely advertised the item I ordered (picture & description were completely different) Contacted customer service who after 3 weeks still haven’t helped me rectify this. 2 weeks waiting on a ‘call back’. Awful customer service.

We love shopping on very.

We love shopping on very.. customer since littlewoods so shopping for many years ..now my grandson is shopping on very he can afford all the new and up coming style and computer games,headphones and watches with the monthly payments
