Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I have made an order for over £130 and this should be delivered via Royal Mail within 2-5 business days.
After 2 weeks the parcel has not arrived. I have contacted already twice vesa beauty and nobody has come back to me. I do not have money nither the parcel. The only way of contacting is via email and it looks like nobody responded to them. Will never order again. Hopefully, I will be able to get back my money. I do not recommend it. I would say customer service is terrible but I do not think they actually have one.

We have not received any information from you to this date regarding the non-delivery of your parcel. However, this is a priority issue for us, the parcel has been declared lost so we have sent a new parcel :)
