Received a call from Oliver Wilson from Hug Life today and he was both professional and friendly.
He was helpful with talking me through different changes for my policy and was kind and understand.
We even had a giggle when I had to stop mid conversation to order lunch.
He was kind when he called back and overall Oliver had calm voice and the way he held a conversation didn't make it all sound too professional, he is a great asset to his team.

I spoke with laura niles about a policy i took out with my mortgage many years ago and we discussed a upgrade which was done very thoroughly. Laura spoke very polite and clear and made my application an easy process. Many thanks Nicola
