Kelly Hough has made the experience of arranging life and critical life cover very easy and not at all daunting considering we were talking about illnesses and death! 😂. Kelly was friendly as well as professional throughout and even when I had to come off the call for a short time she called me back at the agreed time. I dealt with a lady called Helen Brierley who I cannot recommend enough. She was absolutely outstanding throughout the 3 months it took for me to be able to commit to any insurance due to my own personal circumstances. Customer service was spot on!
Long story short, I was diagnosed with a heart problem during the process. Helen did not pressure me at any point; she was considerate of my changing circumstances and researched what would be the best policy for me, especially considering I had a preexisting health problem
She was transparent throughout the whole process and we went through the different financial packages to ensure I could afford any policy i was taking on.
The way I see it is, if Helen works for Hug-life and they employ someone of her calibre, then they must be brilliant!
