Terrible Customer Service (shame, products were great)
I've used this company for years now and always been blown away by how awesome both they & their products are.
That changed this weekend though, after they sent me an email offering me 25% off. I placed an order but no discount was applied.
I emailed to query this & the response was "I don't believe we have any links for 25% off. Where did you find this offer/link?"
I sent them a copy of the email from that day, then 2 days later a response saying I'd apparently already used it (although they couldn't tell me when.....).
The last time I placed an order was several months ago, so I used the link in good faith.
I wouldn't have minded if it had been an apologetic email, but to accuse me of making it up & then refusing to honour it or at least offering something?
I never did get told when I'd used the offer (I did ask). For clarity. this is what the original email said: "Hey, we haven't seen you in a while. That's why we're giving you a special offer to use on your next purchase.
SPECIAL OFFER
25% off 7 products
Use code: HEYAGAIN at checkout, or click the link below to automatically apply the discount to your order. One use per customer".
My last order was in September, so I still don't know when I managed to use it!

We are human and don't always get everything right but I am happy with how we dealt with your enquiry; Im sorry you feel this way but the email states the offer is valid once per customer (you can see this on the email you got sent) the email is automated so sometimes isn't clever and doesnt always know who's used what, apologies there. It also states 7 products and the offer terms are specific to them 7 products only.
Nobody has accused you of making it up- that is still a false statement. Feel free to upload the email response with your review.
We informed you why its not eligible, you did not challenge this and our system confirms you used it previously on another order. If you wanted further assistance we could have supplied. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are very fair as a small family business and the offer terms apply.
Your unedited previous review contained false statements and the context is very unfair, for example: "there is no such code where did you get it"
Amy who replied to your email actually said "Hi, I don't believe we have any links for 25% off. Where did you find this offer/link? Thanks "
She was making sure it wasn't a scam or a error. There was no active codes the code you got is automated and this is why Amy did not see it, the code is one use per customer and you used it previously. Please edit your review to remove the false statements.
Im sorry for this expierence but we have done nothing wrong and theres nothing further we can help you with.

I buy there awesome face cream
I buy there face cream. It’s the best one I have ever used. Waterless and doesn’t break me out. (It’s non comodegenic) My daughters use it too and it smells nice but not overpowering. It’s awesome stuff and I’m a repeat customer

Most things are out of stock and they don't send some items you order. It's a shame as I've purchased from them a few times now.

So sorry we have struggled with stock for months and months and sometimes we calculate stock wrong and ship orders with only the available stock.

The best sweets in town
These are the best sweets (vegan or not) I've ever had. They have a great selection, and they're always promptly dispatched and delivered. I can't get enough of them!

We’ve been ordering from this company for quite a few years now, plus got sweets for our wedding from them. Never had any issues and they were super helpful with sorting it all out for the wedding for us too 🥰! We prefer their sweets over “regular” ones any day, and the prices are fair as well!
