Friendly caring staff
Friendly caring staff , Evan Proctor did an outstanding job, made me feel like he totally understood my position in life. My credit card use got a bit out of control with the economy and inflation the way it is .
Never during our conversation did he make me feel like it was something that I should feel terrible about. Being retired and on a fixed income i wasn't sure where to turn , Evan made me feel like I made the right decision from the start

Your big plan to help veterans out of debt is to have them stop paying their credit card bills and force a negotiation which will decimate their credit, bring lawsuits, and have major tax implications. Absolutely moronic. Steer clear.

The help you give! To make it better.. Acquire a person's financial info, charge a fee! Settle all debt and come to terms! Then tell client the terms that they must agree to! Give the client the option to say yay or nay! I agreed to pay you up front! What happens to me if a creditor doesn't want to negotiate?
