Was pleased with everything about ordering my dogs biscuits and the delivery apart from i couldn't seem to get to the save 10% and subscribe. Don't know if I was doing it wrong but when I clicked on it it wouldn't do anything.

I receive my package on tome when it's due.

I was told that my parcel had been dispatched but when I hadn’t received it after several days I had to phone your company to find out what had happened and was told it was ‘lost’. I was still charged though and had I not rung up would still be waiting. There is now another parcel on the way so hopefully I will receive this one!

When I did have a query with a previous order the company dealt with the problem very quickly and efficiently. Their dog food is excellent, my dog is 12 + year old Italian Spinone and is doing better than ever on their mature salmon dry dog food. She’s on no extra supplements/ medication, which is great.

Great balanced meals for my 10 year old Indie.

She loves it. I mix it with homemade gravy for a complete meal.

Were previously good, but the last 2 times now there has been none of the 12kg pork/potato food I've had on recurring order for over a year. The first time I was told it would be back in stock and it hasn't been. Now they don't know when it will be back.

Order arrived quickly and with no issues. Still early days to provide an honest opinion on the wet food but I am amazed at the difference the digestive care sauce has made to their tummy issues in such a short time.

we have been receiving our 4 weekly subscription for nearly a year with no problems, so we were very disappointed to get our usual email regarding payment be taken for June (Order #30813) followed the next day by an email refunding our money and a cancellation of the order due to lack of stock!
The whole point of having a subscription is to ensure we get 24kgs of dog's food every 4 weeks - especially as availability in shops where we live is very limited; if at all.
I would have accepted the equivalent weight in smaller/larger bag sizes if it had been offered, but now I have to hunt around to buy it.
As far as the product is concerned, our dogs love it and it doesn't cause them skin problems like many other 'quality' foods.
