Awful service no communication whatsoever and order arrived almost a month after placing it

Good service and excellent communication queen and colony arrived safely

Ordered a colony of harpegnathos venator, everything was excellent. Very good communication when it comes to questions.

I have used Ant antics for just over a year now. They have always provided me with top quality colonies and honestly they are now the only ones I trust to buy any exotic species from. Would highly recommend.

Did very well overall, especially for my first time buying, I ordered a 2 queen polyrhachis dives colony and as a suprise I received a 3rd queen which I'm not sure is fertile but it's still a queen never the less. The packaging was by far the best Ive seen in an ant store before HIGHLY recommend

Ordered a P. Dugasi colony from Ant Antics. The owner was super helpful and friendly when I reached out and the colony was shipped almost immediately after I ordered and I received them less than a day later. The colony is the healthiest I've ever received from any site and doing very well.

Absolutely perfect service and an amazing product. 10/10 would recommend and can't wait to order again.

Colony arrived and as described. Excellent packaging and information. On a negative note, it has taken a long time to arrive. There was no tracking system or updates. I thought I'd been scammed.

Order arrived quickly and safely. Although the weather was lower then usual which did give me some corcern on the safety of the queen. But, she has arrived and is settling in well.
Still 5 stars as I've had no faults with them and have always been helpful when needed.

The care, customization, packaging and over great quality and care. I wish I had the space and time to take on more creatures and if I did, I'd be coming straight back to these guys for their products and animals.

Excellent service. I was buying my first ant colonies and had half an idea what I wanted and a lot of questions. They were so helpful on the phone talking me through the pros and cons and what to order. The quality of the products I ordered is brilliant and the ants are lovely and healthy. Aftercare has been so helpful too, assisting with my daft worries and how to care for hibernating ants (and ones that don’t want to). I have already recommended them to someone and would happily do so to anyone who will listen.

I have had good experiences with Ant Antics but unfortunately the last couple of orders haven't been great, due to colonies not being in good condition and a order being missed (they did correct that mistake). Which is why I've given 3 stars.

Good communications regarding delivery with animal welfare at the front of the conversation with respect to temp sensitive species and delivery for live arrival.
