Its super great! I unfortunately had some stuff came up which put me in a bit of a financial bind but I couldn't miss out on a great deal on one of my favorite sites and Viabill made it possible for me to order what wanted without having to pay the full price up front!

fraudulent charges on credit card emerged after using ViaBill.
After I used this service, my card was used for fraudulent purchases on the web. As a result my card was replaced and part of the amount due did not get paid off. Naturally, I did not want to associate a new card with this service. I asked for assistance to pay of my balance in a different way, but the customer service was unresponsive to my e-mails about this. They also never apologized for the inconvenience their service caused me. Eventually, I had to do it anyway (load my new card), but I requested to cancel my account immediately. No trust here.

I am sorry to hear you had issues with your card. I understand this is always a concerning time when a card is used for fraudulent activity, however, we have no reason to believe this was in any way connected to ViaBill.
We are confident in the security of our systems and it is likely to be an unfortunate coincidence. As you can appreciate, this experience with your card doesn't mean that your debt with ViaBill becomes obsolete, so it needs to be paid via one of the ViaBill payment methods highlighted in the agreement (Credit card, Debit card or ACH bank payment).
