If I could give no stars I would.. was told $1 charge and if I cancelled my membership before 30 days I’d get my money back, i did it and cancelled almost immediately for the refund. A week later I was charged almost $40 I called again they told me I’d have a refund issued in 5-7 business days.. still nothing so I called again 3 TIMES !! Cuz no one answer, finally someone answered and straight up told me they don’t give refunds 🤔I had to cancel my membership AGAINNN.. I get charged again im filing a report or something 😂

Please do not fall for this scam. If you are reading this before doing anything for a loan or a score check before “renting” a place, do not do it. They do not own the properties they are claiming they do. It’s just a way to get your money. There is no loan and no rental.

I agreed to a promotional $1 offer. Next thing I know I'm getting charged $39.95 for subscription. I contacted customer support to inquire about a refund. I had to argue with the rep who said it had to be sent for review and if approved I could then get my money back. I waited for a week and nothing so I contacted customer service again who then said refund had been issued, give it 5 to 7 business days to show in my bank. This was almost a month ago and still haven't received said refund. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times since and now they won't respond.

I took advantage of the free trial canceled it like the second day and they tried to charge me every Monday every Monday I gave charge for $40 $39.95 I've canceled it through customer service calling them today will be the third time we'll see if this one takes course you don't get to talk to you a real person this is the worst service I've ever had and you guys don't offer a score low enough for this company they get a zero and negative zero

One star because leaving this review requires at least one. I recently applied for a loan and was pressured into signing up for this terrible service. When I was charged $39.99 for this service I NEVER used I called to cancel. After being told I could not get the $39.99 refunded even though my account has been charged less than 24hrs prior, I asked to escalate my call and was placed on hold for 20mins!!
I ended the call to find a place to leave this review. I find that this service is akin to armed robbery. They are taking money away from folks who already don't have a stellar record with finance. This makes it all the more difficult for folks to get out of financial hardship.
This is a bad company with no good intentions. I have been left feeling harmed and more uncertain about the future. Shame on this company and it's founders. I hope no one at that company ever have to live the kind of hell they are inflicting on the lives of regular folks.

I cancelled the Subscription 7/8 for the second time due to them not canceling after the 30 days I called and I stopped using the banking account for a few months. When I finally made a deposit after months they took my money ‼️‼️‼️
Now they trying to keep my MONEY ‼️‼️

I canceled subscription in no charge window. Continued to get billed i finally called support and got some IVR that instead of cancelling my subscription kept trying to sell me the same package for a cheaper price. Three times.. Kept saying no, and it kept asking me to repeat myself. After third attempt. It finally cancelled my subscription…

So I got a free trial to check my credit score for something. (Can’t remember what for)
I did get the free trial but canceled immediately so my card wouldn’t be charged their monthly subscription because I don’t need it. Well, since may 20th 2024, they have charged my account $40, 13 times. Yes THIRTEEN TIMES. This website is 100% a scam! Do not attempt to do business with them and good luck reaching customer service !

If I could score them UNDER one star I would. I paid their $1 after they misrepresented themselves as the actual LEGIT site for getting your scores. I never took a free trial from them but I've been getting hit by them for $40 every time I take my card off lock for several months despite my requests to cease. Today they caught it unlocked during a 5 minute tag payment. They have my card number and are
unlawfully taking my money. I'm on disability! It's time to pursue legal action against these disreputable people.

Do not, under any circumstances, give these greedy pigs your information. Like many others, I was looking for help getting a loan..I was told I needed my credit score to proceed and was pretty desperate for help, so I agreed to pay the $1 fee not knowing I would be charged $39.99 a week later. I tried calling and ended up wanting to throw my phone because the computer bot wouldn’t let me speak to anyone and kept repeating itself over and over. Had to hang up and call back to try again 7 times before I could actually talk to someone. They told me they would have to send a request to someone higher up about refunding me my money and that would take up to 48 hours and I’ll get an email if it’s approved. A couple hours later I got an email saying my refund for $1 was approved, nothing about the $39.99. So I go through the entire thing again, it’s now past 48 hours and of course no email. I said screw this and went down to my bank and sent in a dispute for the charge and now I’m waiting to see if I can get my money back. Everybody always says violence is not the answer but oooooh these people are awful and it would feel good.

**update** I was finally able to get my money back with the dispute I filed with my bank. Try disputing the charges with your bank, that’s the only way to get your money back!

Absolute SCAM. Period. I was looking for a small loan, somehow came across this site promising me to only charge a ONE TIME $1 fee to view my score. Nothing at all about an additional charge after that. To my surprise, about a week later I found a charge to my bank account in the amount of $39.90. I called to dispute it and get a refund, but the lady had the nerve to keep telling me I should have seen it in the email (which I never got) that after 7 days trial, it would be $39.95 for the service. Again, I NEVER SAW such an email and never received it, nor would I ever agree to such a ridiculous amount for a service to see my credit score. At the end of the call she finally told me she was cancelling my service and would put in a “request” for a refund. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and suddenly the call went silent, as if she just put down the phone. Yet we were still connected. It is a sad time we live in where almost everything turns out to be a scam. Please beware of viewfreescore.com and do not fall for their “one time $1” nonsense. They will start charging you $39.90+ a month afterward! Someone needs to shut them down immediately!!

When you have to sign on for this getting a loan, or whatever, you’re in scam territory! In a week if you forget canceling you’ll be charged a whopping 39.95. And when you try calling to cancel they make it very difficult and time consuming dealing with nothing other than an animated voice. Be careful with these bandits!

This company is a scam I was directed by 2 loan company's to get credit score charged my card before 7 days. They said they sent emails which never happened and refuse to give my money back DO NOT USE SCAMMER I have a lawyer looking into them they need to be put out of business

This company viewfreescore does not use proper information and customer service, member refused to interpret a simple language because company didn't allow other language than English only, not to flexible on touring customer service with bilingual members who can only speak Spanish or other languages
