I have been ordering from Village Vitamin for a vouple of years now and I am very satisfied with the service and prices. They have generous sale prices on professional level
supplements so you can stock up and never pay full price really.

Sometimes you may have to wait awhile for stock like Metagenics PhytoMulti 120's when there is a sale. I ordered the large bottles of Fish Oil once and instead of shorting the order they sent 2/60's for the same price.

They have a very low purchase amount for free shipping so big savings there too. And, they ship very quickly and arrive very quickly.

Contact wise, if there's an issue the best way is to call the store directly.

Bought 3 different vitamins, qualified for a free gift. Received complete order to Ottawa with no hassles, within 3 days.

Don't buy from them; they make false promises and don't provide the supposed gifts! And when you write to ask why you didn't get the free bottle listed on your order and invoice—NOT A SINGLE REPLY from them! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY RUN FAKE PROMOTIONS TO BOOST SALES WITHOUT DELIVERING WHAT THEY PROMISE!

Shop elsewhere, seriously. They never answer the phone, take forever to (selectively) answer email, and shipping delays aren't respected. I placed an order online, and they abused the policy several times and failed to meet their own terms. They are meant to reach out if an item isn’t in stock to see what the customer wants instead of pretending it is — of course they didn’t reach out and just left me hanging (I’m still hanging) while they await their restock. Dispatch maximum of 5 business days with no holidays to fulfill, pack, and send out order has come and gone. I’ve requested a cancellation and refund but of course there’s been no reply and no cancellation or refund. I’ll be reversing charges with credit card if I don’t get a prompt refund as with some sketchy businesses that’s the only way to protect your peace. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere.

Village Vitamin Store is hands down the best health store I've been to. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely take the time to help you find the right products instead of just trying to make a sale. Their prices are competitive, and they even price match, which is a huge bonus.

I also love that they're a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers and the community. They carry a fantastic selection of trusted brands, and having access to a certified nutritionist for personalized advice makes the experience even better.

I've made a few more orders since my last review. Each order has shipped well, and I realized that their expiration dates are insanely generous. They also have the best prices (idk if May-June is just a heavy sale period or what), and they also have free gifts (but I didn't know you had to add them yourself. I was purchasing through the shop app and I had to actually go on the website to buy).

I haven't yet had a bad expiration or bad seal or experience yet. I purchased from a different company in the meantime and then realized how good Village Vitamin Store was.

False advertisment.

I ordered 60 "1gram" capsules of AOR AHCC. I received a 60 capsule bottle of 500mg. The picture shows the bottle containing 1gram and the description down below says 500mg. Order cautiously.

Purchased approximately 380.00 of bio bran supplements for my husband with stage 4 cancer. Never received my order. Was asked if I read their shipping policy ( found on a completely different page and not prominently displayed at the time of order) that they are not responsible for orders once they leave Canada! They could not provide any tracking info! So basically I’m out 380.00! Did some research online and found that other customers have complained and have experienced similar issues with online orders never being delivered! Buyers BEWARE!

Bought some supplements and next day the prices went down. Customer service doesn’t want to give me a price adjustment!!!

I am totally surprised to see the poor reviews. I literally came here unprompted because I was curious what their rating was. I live in the GTA and I’ve probably placed more than 15 orders with Vitamin Village just this year. I was so impressed every single time with their unbeatable prices, inventory, ease of checkout, redemption of points, freebies, quick shipping, and not once did they ever screw up an order. I continue to shop here because the experience and prices have been amazing from start to finish.

But now that I’m reading other negative reviews, I will have to keep in mind that everyone has different experiences and hope that if I ever encounter a problem, I won’t be wrong about customer service.

Consider me a loyal customer if they remain consistent with their amazing service!!

Placed a $186.73 order on Sept 4th. It is now Sept 14 and I have not yet received a shipping notification. It shouldn't take this long! Not at all impressed.
Update: Sept 16th called Village Vitamin Store said it has not shipped, but the money ($186.73) was taken from my account on Sept. 4th. Apparently one of the items was out of stock, they never bothered to notify me.

This is the worse store to deal with from the online shopping to very poor service and unprofessional greedy company.They delivered my order far post office and I told them return it .I emailed and phoned no response.The guy who had no experience mentioned refund he never gave any.He now kept my partial refund because he said it got shipped.I never paid for shipping and never received my order in June.He now gave refund in Aug and kept my $10.00 for himself.This is a fraud store and they do not want to issue refunds.I reported to BBB
