VILLATEL Avis 

I highly recommend Villatel!! The house was amazing. Everyone had their own space. The kids loved the pool and the theater room and I loved the hot tub. Will definitely visit again.

Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing!!! The accommodation was a lovely 5 bedroom home, the themed bedroom for the kids was a hit, the theatre and game was fun for the entire family, the decor and fixtures in the home were beautiful! But the private pool and hot tub was awesome! The kids were in the pool for hours each day and loved it!! The only negative thing I have to say is we had a few roaches in the kitchen area. We saw 3-4 each night and killed as many as we could. If not for that our stay would’ve been a 10. We’re making plans to stay again next year anyway! The good certainly out weighed the bad!!!!

The overall stay was good, some small things brought it down from 5 Stars. The glass dishes are cheap and had two break in the dishwasher. The vents in the apartments above the bedrooms pass through to the main common area, so their is no noise privacy. The balcony didn't seem to be finished, since the floor flakes came up constantly and got tracked into the apartment. The pool was great, the kids area was down for our last two days, so that was a bummer. Would be nice if the pool opened earlier than 10:00 AM. More of a Marriott probably, but the website stated a 2:00 PM checkout for Platinum members, which is what we planned around, and then were told we had to check out by 1:00 PM.

From check in, to check out, the experience was wonderful. Security was friendly and helpful (thank you!) and we had no issues at all. The accommodations were beautiful, and looked brand new, so they are very well cared-for. The clubhouse pool, gym, and waterslides were well appointed. We will definitely return!

Excellent property

Highly recommend Villatel Orlando. The house was great. Very large, clean, and fulled stocked. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the gate were super friendly. On night one, my son couldn't get on the xbox due to it needing an admin password. Not hopeful we would get the issue resolved due to it being 11pm, we took a shot and called the main line and someone came out to our house within 15mins and resolved the issue. Fantastic service. Pool area is also fantastic and clean. We will definitely be back at Villatel Orlando!

The waterpark and swimming pool were amazing!

The Villa was well equipped. Everything had been considered to meet my families needs. The theme rooms for my grandchildren were spectacular. My only criticism is the shuttle service. Since the website said there was shuttle service to the parks I did not rent a car It was extremely limited shuttle service to Disney World. I ended up using Lyft for the entire trip. Next time I will rent a car because of the distance from Disney.

The villa was outstanding. The staff was super friendly. The accommodations for our family was excellent. Food was great by the pool- I only wish there were more coffee options like a coffee bar. Great price. I would highly recommend to everyone!!

What an awesome experience. It really exceeded my expectations. If I had to sum it up in one word. Amazing.

Everything about Villatel Orlando was fantastic. Proximity to many of the attractions was great. My grandchildren loved the water park that kept them busy the days we didn’t want to leave the resort. The house had everything that we needed to cook on the days we stayed in. Love love love the place!!!

I stayed for four days with my family and friends, and we all loved it. It's an excellent 5-star property. Its spaciousness and rooms are incredible and impeccably clean. And the pool area is even better. A must-visit, and I guarantee you'll return.

Our house was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Everything was in great shape and the house was perfect for our family of 10. We enjoyed having the private pool and the resort lazy river and pool as well. I would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Villatel has been wonderful! The house is exactly as pictured on the website. Any issues are promptly responded to on site and the place was well furnished. Will stay here again next time! Great value for what you get!

I greatly enjoyed my time at this resort. Someone I loved dearly was recently diagnosed with cancer and my daughter and I had a hard time grappling with the news. We decide to take a weekend trip to take our mind off things and the resort was truly a dream as well as an oasis.

just got back from a 2 week stay in one of the amazing villa's that Villatel have on village at solterra resort and have to say it certainly met our expectations and more the what an amazing villa everyone loved it and the service from villatel was 10/10 we had a couple of minor problems while we where there all I had to do was drop them an email and someone was out that day and sorted it no problem

the location was also ideal no more than 30min from any of the Disney locations depending on the traffic we would defiantly book again

What a great place to stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The Villa was exactly as advertised. The staff was super and very accommodating meeting all our needs. The employees especially Sterling at reception desk were great. The place is new so there's still construction going on by Marriott and some minor things that need to be improved but overall absolutely a 5 Star vacation place.
We will definitely be back again.
