VILLATEL Avis 

My experience was awesome at Villatal @ Solara resort! Me & my family were overly pleased and didn’t want to depart and go home. The home was beautiful , comfortable , fun and most importantly clean. We have decided for future reference we will only book villatel when vacationing in Florida.

We recently stayed at a Villatel property and were beyond impressed with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from high-end kitchen appliances to fun family-friendly amenities.

What really stood out was how Villatel blended the spaciousness of a private vacation home with the service quality you'd expect from a luxury hotel. The check-in process was smooth and contactless, and their customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our kids absolutely loved the themed rooms, game areas, and private pool, while the adults appreciated the comfortable bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms, and peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're traveling with a big group or just looking for a bit more space and privacy, Villatel is a fantastic choice.

We’ll definitely be booking with Villatel again—highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their vacation experience!

As soon as we walked through the door, my family and I were very impressed! My 3 kids (ages 9, 6 &4) were always entertained with the decorated rooms and games. The rooms were so nice, spacious and well kept. We will definitely come back.

Our villa was the perfect spot for our 9 family members, including 3 kids! The themed room was a hit for the kids and the entire family enjoyed the arcade room daily! It was wonderful to have our own private pool but also the option to go visit the larger community pool with the lazy river and water slide. Our kids enjoyed the playground across the street multiple times a day! The villa was beyond spacious and surpassed all of our expectations! We had a few minor things in the villa that required maintenance and they were addressed promptly the same day. Wonderful customer service. We cannot wait to come back again soon!

The place was immaculate. Very clean from top to bottom. Looked exactly as pictured. Although, only one burner was working on the stove which made it very hard to cook a full meal efficiently. Also, the pool did not seem to be getting filtered. By the end of our stay the water was extremely cloudy, granted we did use the pool every day but if it was being filtered properly, there would be no reason for it to be that cloudy. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay.

We rented two homes side by side at the Villatel Village at the Solterra Resort in Davenport, FL. The occasion ... our first family reunion in over 7 years. The 12 bedroom/12 bath homes were perfect to comfortably house our 50+ guests including children and teens. The modern home furnishings were perfect and made the home more than pleasant to the eyes and beautiful for photo memories. Pools were large and sufficient for the splash fun we all enjoyed. Open floor plans were perfect. Loved the ample kitchen space and two refrigerators. All appliances, including HVAC, televisions, blenders, washer/dryers, etc. worked during our entire 5 night 6 day stay. Entry into the resort was seamless for drivers and those using Uber/Lyft. Must also commend the Villatel agents who stayed in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. Their customer service was outstanding. Finally, the lazy river and water park were great extras for our stay. Since our homes were close to the creek and small lake, I was able to enjoy the wildlife, especially the herons that graced the property daily. Plenty of inside space to enjoy when the rains visited for short periods once a day. I look forward to visiting again, especially the newest development in Orlando! Highly recommend Villatel and hope they expand to other parts of the east coast and maybe even Texas (please).

Our stay was amazing! This is our second time staying with the Villatel and it was just as amazing as the first! We had a few hiccups with the dryer but they were there to fix it right away! The place was spotless, the pool was amazing, and staff was fantastic! I highly recommend!

While we had some maintenance issues that lasted the whole week while we were there, but overall the house was great! Lots of room for a large multi family. Everything was clean and lots to do to keep the kiddos busy. The darts need replaced as they fell apart as you threw them, pool table only had one shooter that you could use, the swinging hook game was wobbly. Cards for poker table were missing a few. Xbox, movie theater, racing game and air hockey, basketball was great. Bowling issues, after maintenance turned on golf it worked the rest of the week. We found it lacking in cooking pans as they only had three small pans and nothing to accommodate the 22+ guests we had. Booking was seamless. Gate entry was a hassle from the road and should have been backed up on the property more. Would recommend and already considering staying at their properties at a new house in different city.

Realistically the place is 5 stars, they have a lot to offer. Amenities were great when they were able to use, we had problems with the bowling all week that didn’t get fixed, some issues with golf, the dish washer, and 2 occasions of smoke detectors batteries dying with no way to reach them personally. , no ping pong ball, still nice house and nice maintenance guys.also nice people answering the questions. Slow traffic and getting in the area was horrible and ridiculous.

My family completely enjoyed our stay in VillaTel. We were able to each have our own bedroom and bath privacy in a modern, spacious home setting. Our family secured four houses and we visited from house to house and pool to pool with ease. The family reunion was made special for all with plenty of in house amenities for all. We were able to prepare and share family meals and memories across homes. Our children loved the pool, game room complete with karaoke, pinball, and game stations.Adults were able to retreat to the mini theater to relax and share movie memories. I especially enjoyed the modern kitchen/family room environment. We all were able to cook, converse, and compete in games together. I look forward to our third reunion at VillaTel next year.

This house was amazing. The rooms, entertainment, and pool just to name a few things were 10/10. I would recommend Villatel to anyone!!! A group of 23 that stayed 5 days and 6 nights.

My family of 22 stayed 5 days and 4 nights and overall it was an okay experience. Unfortunately for us there was a party who checked out at 10 am and we checked in at 4 pm, nowhere enough time for one housekeeper to clean a house of this size. The shower still had hair in it, sheets in one bedroom has hairs on them. The trash was overflowing and there was fish bones and chicken on the grown outside the house. We noticed a few things with the house: dryer not working, shower door sticking, curtains falling, loose step going up the stairs, and table hockey puck missing. I never received a parking pass because I kept being told I was not showing on the reservation when I made the reservation. I checked in at the clubhouse and never received parking passes and there were none in the house. I called and emailed Villatel and they assisted I getting one guest added but still not me and my name is on the reservation, completely frustrating. I would use Villatel again but next time it will be more intimate with less guests so I can get a smaller house. On site the pool was broken and we could only use the lazy river.

The speakeasy house was perfect for our family reunion. We had 26 people and there was no problem finding space. The beds were super comfy. Loved having 2 refrigerators. The oversized pool was perfect. We enjoyed everything about this house. Check in and out was easy. Villitel was very responsive via text. We would definitely use this property again.

We sure did love it the kids had an amazing time and it was the first family vacation definitely doing it again

The house was absolutely beautiful!! It looked exactly like the pictures. CheckIn and Out was very easy. The kids loved their bedroom and the game room/theater. I loved having the electronic guide for the home. It was cool having instructions for how to use everything. The one thing I would suggest is to have more cooking supplies (pots/pans/skillet). I did experience one concerning factor. A villatel representative used the code and walked in our home without our knowledge. We were there sitting on the couch and she just walked in. No knock nor did she ring the doorbell. That made us feel very uncomfortable. I called and reported it, Villatel took care of the situation. We would definitely come back again.

We were a group of 11 and everything was wonderful. The home, area and the waterpark, everything was great!

Best place that I ever stayed at .... didn't want to leave . Can't wait to come back .

The accommodations very just perfect for our cousins get-a-way. The home was nicely decorated and the property was well maintained. The neighborhood felt safe and the security was well enforced. There was always someone available for any needs that arose and they responded quickly and were pleasant. I would definitely stay at Villatel again.

It was an great experience and I recommend to do this vacation there it was great kids had an amazing stay at Villatel
