VILLATEL Avis 

We really had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious and clean, and so beautifully decorated. My kids loved the game room and used it a whole bunch. Having all those extra bathrooms was great and everyone enjoyed the pool. We would’ve liked more toiletries and toilet paper in the bathroom, paper towel in the kitchen, etc. but the description was very clear about how much we were going to get, so we brought along extra. O We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer - definitely plan to be back.

Our house was just like it was pictured. It was clean. We had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Our host even provided plenty of pool towels. The pool guy even came to service the pool during or stay. The resort was nice. We stayed at the resort pool almost everyday. We can't wait to do it again!

We had an amazing stay , we absolutely LOVE the house very spacious and beautifully decorated ,every room had a bathroom ,the host made sure we were all good from before we arrived until we left .The house was very clean and there was something to do in the house to keep both adults and kids entertained ,I would definitely give this house and our stay there a 5 star rating ,I would only suggest more than one pack and play and maybe 2 portable strollers because usually there is more than one baby on family vacations and it hard to travel with a pack and play and strollers ,other than that everything was perfect .5 stars all the way

The house was amazing. The kids loved it so much. We walked to the little playground one morning, no one was there but us and my grandbabies had a fun time. The house was clean and very well stocked. The only issue? Wi-fi went out every single day. We had a tech come out at 10pm our first night to fix it. Next morning, we woke up, no wi fi. My son had to reset it. I'm glad the tech showed him how. He had to reset it several times a day! Other than that, amazing time. We plan to stay with them again, soon

The house was amazing!
We didn’t have WiFi for the first night which sucked for everyone. Someone from Villatel’s maintenance staff came out and he said the issue is beyond his scope of work and they would send someone else out. The next afternoon the issue was resolved but it was a major inconvenience. Other than that, everything was perfect. The home was clean, well kept and stocked with toilet paper, towels and wash cloths. Our family definitely plans to stay with Villatel in the near future

We loved our villa. It is spacious, nicely decorated, awesome entertainment in the villa. When we needed maintenance assistance, we received veryyy quick response and solution. We sureee will come back and also recommend others.

What made my experience great was the detailing of the house , the house was very clean and decorative. The company supplied clean tows and rags and very clean bathrooms the house had a big pool and lots of activities and games for the kids. Overall I had a lot of fun on the trip and would definitely book this resort again.

The house is so nice. Everything was clean and working. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool was nice and clean. We had no problems during the stay.

The home we stayed in was beautiful! The rooms looked exactly like the photos on the website. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we would have liked was lights around the pool area at night, it was pretty dark and the cost for the jets was expensive. We would stay there again though.

Great property very spacious with fun things to do within the property. Excellent for large groups and very accommodating.

Excellent accommodations. Well maintained and quick to reply to request. Exceptional space and activities for adults and kids. Would recommend for others. Would be nice if Villatel had accommodations in other locations outside of Florida.

My experience was awesome I never expected to to be that way until we actually got to the resort it was one of the best experiences I ever had in my life

My experience with Villatel was absolutely amazing. The villa I resided in took my breath away. Each room matched the pictures precisely. The staff were kind, considerate, friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. They most definitely deserve a 20 out of 10, meaning they are off the charts. Villatel keep up the great work!!!

Exceptional vacation home the amenities were top tier. Fantastic spot for a family vacation. The house was clean had everything you could possibly need. Whenever maintenance or housekeeping was needed they were prompt and attentive. I highly recommend

Loved the house- it looked just liked the pics, clean when we arrived as if no one ever stayed in it. My only slight-annoyances was that 1: they shampooed the carpets and sofas right before check in and everything was still wet and couldn’t be a sat or stepped on. 2: the previous guests must’ve put a hole in the wall so the wall fixing stuff was still wet and got on someone’s luggage and it wasn’t a sign or anything saying it was wet.

Still and all - the house was banging. And I get it, that they don’t have much time to make things perfect after one family leaves before one checks in, so I’m fair and still giving 5 stars.

My family and I loved the house it was so spacious everyone had they own room the family room the game room the swimming pool was all top tier we had a little problems but nothing major

The house was nice and clean. Some of the listed amenities (golf simulator and bowling alley) did not work. We reported these to them and they sent someone that could not repair them. They did provide a partial refund for this.

Had a great experience staying with Villatel! While we did run into some check-in issues that caused a delay, the team was prompt, transparent, and very accommodating. The home was spotless and super comfortable, and the kids had an absolute blast. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back again!
