It’s worth it!
Super fast shipping, great packing and excellent intro deal. I thought the selections were top notch and this is coming from someone that grew up 20 min from Napa. I didn’t continue my membership, however they still sent me excellent deals w/out membership such as the holiday selection. I recommend!

Issues Galore. Incredibly Dissatisfied!
They are the worst communicators: website denied me access, no response to emails, and unhelpful phone service.
The charge of $153 for 6 bottle of wine is outrageous. Fees and shipping were MORE than $50. I have cancelled and sent notice of dissatisfaction, but all I hear back is crickets.

Problem with wine; updated review to reflect good customer service
Originally we rated this experience one-star:

But Vinesse got in touch and refunded our purchase in full so, while we didn't enjoy any of the wine, we also didn't waste the money on the order either. So we've updated the review to include their expedient and extremely fair treatment of the problem. Hopefully others won't have the same misfortune with their wine deliveries!

Not customer friendly (update: turned out to be friendly)
The company ships six bottles every month without sending an email to customers giving them a chance to cancel a shipment. A shipment cannot be canceled but can be returned for an exorbitant fee but the refund is not given back to the credit card and has to be spent for wine. This policy is not customer friendly.
Update:
Someone at Vinesse actually read my review and responded. They apologized for not letting me know about the shipment ahead of time - apparently, you have to call them and ask to be put on the notification list for you to be notified of an upcoming shipment. They offered a full refund if I return the wine or a half refund if I decide to keep it. I chose the latter as a win-win solution.
As far as a review of the wine itself, I have not yet opened either of the two boxes so I don't know! Maybe someday after Covid is over and we start meeting friends again....

About 2 out of the six bottles I received on my 1st shipment were not a good quality for the price. On my 2nd shipment they shipped 2 bottles of 3 different wines. I thought I would receive 6 different bottles.

Good Wine section
Good Wine section, wasn’t a fan of the bulk Cabernet I purchased but the others were good. Customer service is really good.

Not up to par
Compared to the other companies where you can subscribe for wine bottles, it did not satisfy me. I would say at least four out of the six bottles were not worth the $160 monthly subscription. Too expensive and customer service was not up to par.
I do not recommend at all.
