I signed up for the trial membership
I signed up for the trial membership. I was told that they would ship to me every 30 days. After 25 days I contacted the company and told them I wanted to cancel the membership. They told me that the next order was already shipped and they had billed my credit card for $157. This was despite telling me that they would ship every 30 days. I feel like they short shipped the first order to make sure that I would buy at least order at retail price terrible and misleading. They may try to say that they gave me notice at the start, but this was never sent to me.
If they actually want to resolve this they should contact me directly.

Bad informaton, bad costumer service, confusing...
I just happened to opened one of tons of emails they kept sending everyday... only because I read an offer about red wines, I click to see the selection of the red wines and voila like magic I ordered 12 bottles of wine PLUS shipping. I called the customer service after trying to stop the delivery even asked for a supervisor and I was told that the wines were shipped already and that if I did not want them I have to pay for re-stocking and for the shipment. I felt totally scammed because as I explained several times I only opened the link on the email to check the wines and right now I was not in the capacity to pay 160 dollars and change for 12 bottles of wine... or in this case be charged for 30 dollars for 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping...Really bad attitude from the supervisor that I talked to, bad marketing promotional designed of the emails not very explanatory and confusing etc. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Okay Wines, Not Okay Customer Services and Cost
The wines have been decent, but my charge for the wines went from $41 for 6 bottles to $137. The customer service agent told me, even after I saw this $137 change that they were $16/bottle plus taxes and shipping and then forwarded their policies to me.
Did not expect "taxes and shipping" to be the same cost as the wine and shipping in the introductory order. Very disappointed and the wines are not a quality that make this cost worth while.

Sadly this company has problems with their ordering system... I got double shipped and double billed
Happily the company owned up to the mistake
I asked to be removed from all future orders
Sadly 3 weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating my December order would also contain 6 more wines for $96
Again I called requesting to be removed from all future orders ... asking to have my information deleted from their systems

Good wine, Bad price
The wines are good. My only issue is the added costs turn a $90/month 6 bottle wine membership into a $160/month membership. At this price point it’s not worth it to me, and I would rather go pick out my own wines from the store for half the price. The market price of the wine is $16-22/bottle and you end up paying $25-30/bottle after the fees. Good wine, bad price point.

Help with broken bottle
I called to report a broken bottle in my delivery. The rep was very helpful and took immediate steps to replace the item. She was also helpful regarding scheduling deliveries in the future.

disappointed
The intro offer sounded like I’d get 6 different wines but I got two ( three bottles each. I did not like either wine. I emailed customer service 3 times and got no response. I.calked customer service and got no human. I put the account on hold. I got ads several times per week to my account but no word until I got one saying my “pause” was over and they’d be shipping. I called the number and canceled. Very disappointing.

5 for pricing; 1 for no advance opportunity to select wines & cancel shipment
Introductory pricing excellent; packaging and delivery excellent. Wines so-so; based on 6 out of 8 bottles being sampled. Not so good: delivery of a 2nd shipment w/ no advance opportunity to select types of wines or to cancel a prospective order.

I liked maybe 3 of the whole 12...which is very disappointing. I cancelled because they did not ask what I prefer. I’d like little to no tannin, no oak, and smooth taste. Super disappointed.
