Amazing service - 10/10
You know a service is excellent when you're so impressed that you voluntarily go to Google to write a review without being nudged by the company – that sums up my experience with Vintage Kitman. I placed my order on Thursday evening, and by Friday morning I was already getting updates from the courier. Then at 7:50 AM today (Monday, 3 days later), I got a call from the delivery guy saying they were outside my gate – what a pleasant surprise!
And the quality of the jersey? OMG! I can’t wait to buy more. Saying I’m impressed would be a huge understatement – I’ll be marketing your brand wherever I go. Genuinely, thank you so much.
We live in a world where most companies treat customers as if they’re doing us a favour, so it really feels good being treated with dignity. Highly recommend, and I’m definitely coming back!

Happy with the quality of the gear. The delivery timelines are always met. It would be a 5 out of 5 if wasn’t for a minor mix up in the delivery of one of my jerseys. I am satisfied with the service overall.
