It just works!

Game Changer

Hands down a great company and product.

We've been a partner with Vintory for over two years. They have been able to take us from 50 homes to nearly 200. Every team member across their company has always worked to grow our business and meet all deadlines and milestones. Top down culture

Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We were initially set to work on aggressively growing our company and had a few conversations with current employees who were at previous companies we had worked with. We signed up but almost immediately pivoted as we had circumstances change which ultimately led to our winding down operations. We immediately paused and had them hold off on doing any work while we figured things out. We shelled out approximately $10,000, with the company literally doing nothing and asked the president, Brooke, for even a token refund which was strongly refused.
Bad taste on their business practices…

However, circumstances changed for your company, leading to a decision to wind down operations shortly after signing up with us.

When you informed us about your change in circumstances and your decision to pause the project, we immediately honored your request and refrained from performing any further work. We understand that unexpected changes can arise in business, and we aim to be flexible and accommodating to our clients' needs.

Regarding the financial aspect, I apologize if there was any misunderstanding. As a company, we have clear policies regarding refunds, and we strive to provide fair and reasonable solutions in such situations. However, due to the nature of our work and the initial investment of time and resources required, we may not be able to offer full refunds after a certain point. It is possible that there was a miscommunication or a lack of clarity in our communication, and for that, I apologize.

In light of your feedback, we will review our policies and processes to ensure that such situations are handled more effectively in the future. Our aim is to maintain transparency, open communication, and a commitment to delivering value to our clients.

Additionally, I would like to provide some additional context regarding our overall reputation and customer satisfaction. As of today, May 27th, 2023, we have received a total of 16 reviews on Trustpilot, and out of these, an overwhelming 15 reviews have given us the highest rating of 5 stars. This positive feedback reflects the experiences of the majority of our clients who have found value and satisfaction in working with us. We were hesitant at first to hire…

We were hesitant at first to hire Vintory to help with our company growth because although we knew the principal and his great historical results, he does not know our market and the cost seemed expensive.  However, investment in our future was what we needed to do, so we bit the bullet and made that choice.  We have been extremely well pleased with every step of the process.  They investigated our market and us, asked all the right questions, and even helped us re-think our company strategy.  Their warmth, professionalism, and integrity have been outstanding.  The team has great communication, real experience at growth, and provides excellent consulting and actual marketing deliverables.  We will continue hiring them as we grow.

We chose to work with Vintory to help us grow our property inventory in 2020. Although we are only a couple of months into the process, we are entirely impressed with their professionalism and expertise with leading us through every step.
