It's not just that the clothes—all unique and so, so special—are fabulous, but that everyone there is so helpful, always happy to go the extra mile just to make perfection. Highly suggest shopping in-store for a fantastic and one-of-a-kind experience.

i didn’t think too much of this in the beginning…. but when i sent out an initial inquiry to them (before making a purchase), they didn’t respond until after 10 days. they stated that “my message was accidentally overlooked/lost in their emails.” I still wanted the item, and just assumed they are a small business, so i forgave their delayed response to my inquiry. but after making a purchase (a relatively small item to fulfill), everything below happened:

i ordered a fabric brooch. It’s outlined that they will fulfill orders within 14 business days. my order was not fulfilled within that timeframe, so i asked for them to cancel and refund me. they “kindly” denied giving me a refund or offering any kind of remedy. instead they said they were within the timeframe, and quoted a production timeframe that is different than their website. they were supposed to ship the item by June 20, instead they shipped it June 30. By July 8, the UPS tracking STILL SAYS it will “update once they have possession of the item.” they have stopped responding to me.

they are completely unprofessional and i do not believe i will receive my purchase. i have asked for a refund twice. i have asked if they indeed shipped the item, and i received no response.

I bought a denim jacket and I’m obsessed! It’s so beautiful, I’m going to wear it everywhere this spring! I’ll definitely be back for more purchases.

ZeroWasteDaniel is my favorite designer store. They have unique casual pieces that I'll wear again and again, and the quality is such that I don't wear them out. On top of that, I'm excited to contribute to a company making use out of all the waste from the fashion line.

The ease of the entire shopping process is very user friendly.
The accuracy of the product information, pictures, availability, etc. are always spot on.
Checking out was easy. Functionality of the process is like all other e-sellers’, very intuitive.
The quality of the shirt and sweater are impeccable. The fit exceeds all of my expectations.
Many people have admired and asked me for information about ZWD.
I tell them to Run, don’t walk over because there’s always something new and exciting going on.
