Purchase of 2 mobile numbers
I purchased 2 mobile numbers from VIP numbers in January 2022 and didn’t start using them till recently. 1.5 years on, I got in touch with them to assist with the pacode, and VIP numbers’ customer service have been amazingly helpful in assisting me in sorting it all out within minutes! I don’t normally write reviews and this is my first. I highly recommend them for their after sales care service and would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Very professional and proactive
There are so many websites claiming to provide VIP numbers .. as far as I know their support is really dormant.. I never heard back on my queries.
But, Mark from VIPNUMBERS gave a very human touch to my purchase, being available all through the process and addressing queries even after the sale.
These are genuine and dedicated professionals. They should sweeten the deals giving some discounts or cash back etc..
Overall a pleasant experience

Purchased a new number, had immediate response to a query, live help setting up my new SIM card and on a Sunday too 😮. Not many companies providing this level of customer service so a big thumbs up to the VIPnumbers team. Impressed.

Speedy customer support
I plan to relocate to the UK and I would like to get a easy-to-remmeber UK number before my arrival. Vipnumbets provided great customer support and guided me through all the steps to activate the number while I am still outside the UK. Bravo!

Very quick experience
Very quick experience, the brother helped me and saved me a lot of time. Instead of sending me the sim which could’ve taken days, he did it from his end and sent me the details himself. Deffo recommend💪🏽💪🏽👍🏽✅✅
