Unbelievable Service!!

I asked for a number very personal to me , they came back very quickly to say the number was possible.

The whole service was very quick and they were very helpful making the switch

Highly Recommended !!

Sadly, I cannot recommend.

I originally left a very positive review because the customer service was prompt and helpful with delivery concerns and removing my purchased number from public display.

Unfortunately, I now need to update that review. I bought the number specifically for my business and was not informed before purchasing that it had previously been used.

When setting up WhatsApp Business, I encountered an existing account associated with the number. During the process, I was shown someone else’s email address, 261 contacts I did not recognise, and an existing group. This has been worrying and has created unexpected complications.

Searching the number on Google also brought up results mentioning scams. Those results do not prove any wrongdoing, but finding those associations with a number I have purchased for my business is deeply concerning. It is not the first impression I want potential customers to have.

I appreciate their earlier customer service, but I purchased this number to help establish a professional business identity. Instead, I have been left dealing with its previous associations. I would have wanted to know about its prior use before deciding to buy it.

My original review reflected my experience at that point. Having now encountered these issues, I no longer feel comfortable giving the same recommendation.

Excellent Deal with.. A+++++

Brilliant communication and extremely helpful. Well pleased, easy transaction, would highly recommend.

Very good offer in terms of price, but not exactly that unique numbers 007!
Communication is excellent with providers and delivery on time.

Delivery on time

The delivery was fast, and I received exactly what I expected. The SIMs were new and came with a label stating they had been tested the day before I received them. Support was also responsive, I had a question and received a reply to my email on the same day.

I was slightly apprehensive about getting a VIP number but the company was very helpful and the purchase went smoothly so I am very satisfied and would recommend the company to others.

Simple And Easy Transfer Of Number. Fast Delivery, Reasonable Price, Satisfied.

Wonderful service and very quick delivery, would be great if they gave you a sim removal tool aswell, as some people lose their one, other, should do a discount for the second one if getting 2 numbers, as I believe that they get them sims in bulk as you would do in the shops,i use to pick my numbers by visiting home bargains or b/m shops as they are the same one's.

Very good i am happy

Went hunting for a memorable number and found vipnumbersuk to be the very best with both price and variety, my email enquiry about the availability of a Pak number was answered in minutes! And the immediate follow up after sales advice and guidance was first class. Additionally both posting and arrival was rapid, and everything was tickety boo. I'm not the brightest candle on the birthday cake, but these good people made the process both seamless and easy. Anyone wanting a memorable number, just go to these, and you will find exactly what you need with choice, price, guidance, the lot.
Nothing to worry about at all. Very impressed with the excellence of service, straight to the point, very well managed business with someone in charge who really knows their stuff.
And that, good people, is very rare today, as you will discover with my other reviews!!!
Competence in business is like gold dust these days.
Value it if you can find it.
