Ira was amazing
Ira was amazing. Quick delivery, helped with all my questions, and assisted greatly in converting the sim to an e-sim since I did not have a physical sim slot on my phone. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Hi ,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion and want to help quickly.
On our website we advise:
“Want to transfer your number to your existing contract or another network? Use Live Chat before ordering to check PAC code availability (some networks may require a top-up first). If we do not receive a message, we will test the SIM card to make sure it is active and working and then post it to your address.”
Could you please contact us via live chat or email (info@vipnumbersuk.co.uk
) with your order number or confirmation email so we can verify the purchase and assist you right away?
Please also check that your order was placed on vipnumbersUK.co.uk, as we are not connected with the similarly named sites.
We look forward to resolving this for you.
Kind regards,
VIP Numbers UK Team
