Don’t do it

Don’t do it. I spent 1k on hair that never came. And because I used my debit card I couldn’t get a refund. I used to use them religiously and then the last few times they dropped the ball. One time they sent me used tape in extensions IN THE SAME BAG as my order.

I purchased hair from this seller but…

I purchased hair from this seller but never received my order. They provided a tracking number that could not be verified on the courier’s website. Over a period of eight weeks, they gave multiple explanations for the delay, none of which were true. After I filed a chargeback with my bank, they claimed they requested the parcel to be “returned,” from the courier which is not possible once an item has been shipped. Another lie.

Based on my experience, this seller does not deliver products as promised and provides misleading false scamming information about shipments. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Just to show your biased Trustpilot is
A customer did a review after purchasing from our site
But, because we don't subscribe to their service
paying £99.00/month to "invite" customers to leave a review they removed the review citing excuses

Anytime we get a honest reply, from a happy customer Trustpilot removes the review
If we get a 1* or a upset customer review they post that and never remove those reviews as it's good business for them for customers to have negative reviews, only then will we be forced to pay £99.00/month so that
"invited" reviews can remain and give buyers a false sense of the business
If you look at our reviews they left a review from Adrienne Collard
He was reviewing a florist shop, we don't sell FLOWERS, but still were given a 1* review for that, and Trustpilot using their advanced AI tools let the review remain on our site

If you have a question to ask please email us, we're not Santa Claus and can't expect to make everyone happy, we do make mistakes, there are delays in sending extensions sometimes as hair is a NATURAL PRODUCT nothing manufactured and you do get bad hair you cannot use which just delays the product
Hair is also dependent on people donating the hair, if donations are low (weather, wars, fashions, causes etc) it get's more difficult to get good quality hair in a reasonable amount of time

Extremely disappointed-poor service- wrong product

I waited over 2 months for my order from Virgin Hair and Beauty. It was only dispatched after I raised a bank dispute, which should never have been necessary.
When the hair finally arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered. I purchased 1g strands, but received 0.6g strands instead. Although they sent 300 strands, this is not what was advertised or what I paid for.
I ordered body wave but received straight with slight curl at the ends, which was moulded from packaging.
Customer service has been rude and dismissive, refusing a refund and only offering an exchange. After this experience, I have no interest in dealing with this company again.
Poor communication, poor service, and false advertising. I would not recommend.

Thank you for your review, however not sure who's being scammed here? As soon as you received the product you opened a chargeback
FEDEX tracking shows the item was delivered to you, and the next day surprisingly we received a chargeback case from your credit card company
If you don't want the product please arrange to return them back, don't try to get the product as well as your money back and then leave a negative review

In addition to your edited reply, there is no add on fees to you, and all extensions are made in a workshop, the hair extensions that you see online all need to come for a factory/workshop when a donor provides their hair they are not in a extension form, and they cannot be made into a extension or colored unless the hair is washed, and colored into the extensions. Any and every extension even if coming from UK is made in a factory in Asia. If you think that the donor hair comes in an extension form, then I think you are not PROFESSIONAL enough to be working or installing extensions.

If you ordered the incorrect style of extensions, I can't really help you our hair styles are available to view on the webpage. The extensions need to also once installed be styled with the original hair to match the hair. As a professional installer you should know that, the extensions don't come matching exactly to your client's hair style

I don't mean to be rude in the reply, but I think you are just not as experienced as a hair stylist.

You are trying to get what you want by leaving a 1 star review, which is just unprofessional. As a professional stylist if you have a problem you should write in and solve the problem, by threatening negative reviews, it show's how unprofessional you are as a service provider

Here's a part of your email threatening negative reviews if you don't get what you want (that's like acting like a spoilt child)

If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 7 days, I will be pursuing the following:

Reporting this to consumer protection agencies

Sharing my experience publicly across all relevant review platforms and industry forums

Feel free to email instead of editing your review, by editing the review it just shows how unprofessional you are.

By adding a negative review on a biased review platform that only leaves on low star reviews unless to subscribe to their service does not show our over 20,000 happy customers that have bought from us and have left positive reviews

Scammers do Not use this company they claim 2 1/2 weeks and you never receive them excuses about trying to ensure the quality is good but 3 months later still nothing. Your wasting your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased the raw body wave bundles, and they exceeded my expectations! The hair is soft, thick, and has the perfect bounce. I’v washed it twice, and it still feels brand new. Definitely worth the investment!

SCAMMERS
I ordered their products, I waited for 3 months and nave not received it. Every time I contacted them they kept lying about it takes time to color the hair, then they said they ship the hair but could not provide tracking information. I now have to file a fraud claim against them.

I love my new hair extensions from this…

I love my new hair extensions from this company. They provided a new younger look for me. I look and feel10 years younger. Best of all they blend with my own natural hair and appear like they are my own hair. Love it!!

DISHONEST COMPANY

I ordered the European Virgin hair extensions and the micro beads for the 1st time round June 2023. Quality and order was fantastic. I ordered my second order round October 2023. Terrible quality of extensions, very thin and the bonds were terrible. I still have photos of the good and inferior quality extensions
I chatted with someone 2 July 2024 and told them of my bad quality hair that I received with my second order. I told the person what I wanted and they told me to place my order, pay for it and let them know when I did it.
On placing order and paying I advised the person that I was chatting with that all was done. I was advised that they will make sure that I get the right extensions with a good quality.
Order 9527, I received an email of confirmation of order and payment 3 July 2024.
5 July I received an email saying my order has been canceled as there is a problem with there payment provider. I must place the order again and make another payment. I replied to the email saying that I cannot place an order and make a payment until I receive my refund of 404.89 GBP.
8 JULY I received an email saying that my refund will be in my bank account by 10 July. It stated that the payment was returned to stripe and stripe informed virgin hair that they are in the process of refunding the money.
On the 10th July the money was not refunded into my account. Virgin hair advised me to open a case with my bank and virgin hair will accept the dispute immediately and the money will be refunded into my account.
15 July money was still not refunded. Virgin hair advised me that the credit process was done from there side, so now my bank must do the credit process.
16 July virgin hair advised me stripe the card processor has done the refund, it will take 2 to 3 days to process the refund from the system, then it goes back to my bank. I must dispute the case with my bank and the credit will be done immediately.
22 July I called my bank and they advised me that they cannot do the refund, virgin hair must do it. It's the first time that they hear that a dispute must be put in by me. The credit can only come from VH.
I sent VH an email, obviously now I am suspicious of fraud. The person that I chatted with told me that when I get my refund I'm not allowed to order from VH again.
Till now I have not received my extensions and NO refund.
They always had different stories when I questioned my refund.
I have all my emails that VH sent me and emails I sent them.
I order so many things online and when a credit must be done I received the refund without any disputes.
As Virgin hair sais I must put in a dispute with my bank for the refund is absolute nonsense.
I am so upset on loosing so much money to a dishonest company.
