I paid for two months of TruLease in Delaware and received absolutely nothing: no lease agreement, no utility bill, no documents at all.. Support does not respond via email, website, or phone. They take my money and disappear. This is extremely unprofessional and looks like a scam. I strongly recommend staying away from VirtualPostMail and their TruLease service

We live overseas and have used VPM since 2011. I love the flexibility of being able to see a scan of our snail mail before deciding whether we need it or not. Every time I have a question and email them their responses are timely and personal. I highly recommend this service for global nomads or anyone else that needs a US mailing address.

I had a terrible experience with VirtualPostMail. I asked them to cancel my subscription, and they told me it would be canceled. However, they simply ignored this and still charged my card another $20 on the next billing cycle.

To me, this looks like completely dishonest and scammy behavior. If a company promises to cancel a subscription but keeps charging anyway, how can you trust them with your money? I’m very disappointed and feel cheated, and I absolutely do not recommend using this service.

Decade long customer until I saw the facility and interreacted with the staff.

Its horrendous, not the people you want handling your mail.. the customer service is extremely rude and now my mail is missing..

Now Im on a mission to let every one know what a garbage operation this is full of unprofessional clowns with zero integrity....

Not to mention I used to think this was a big operation its like a small shoe box of a building with three millennials. Good luck getting an adult on the line... Its a joke... Be sure to perform due dilligence before jsut hiring people... Lesson learned ... Oh , and BTW the aren't even accredited with the BBB..

Great idea, terrible execution.

1. You cannot send emails to multiple team members.
2. Support is non existent
3. The address is not permanent. They moved the California location, creating havoc everywhere, and there are no guarantees that the new one or their other locations will not move again

I had a great experience with Ereka at VPM. I had a package and UPS wasn't updating me on where it was. Ereka was very nice and helped call up UPS for me. It was nice to be dealing with Ereka the entire time instead of many different people and she was really nice to me and helped make sure the package was delivered by UPS. I've always gotten really great customer support with VPM and Ereka went above and beyond.

Virtualpostmail offer a great variety of services for businesses with their TruLease service being a very rare and valueable service out there in the market with very competitive pricing! And what really stood out to us is their absolutely top notch customer support! We had quite some questions and not only did they reply so fast and detailed to every single email of us but they even offered so much advice as well as shared a ton of extremely valuable feedback and recommendations based on their own experiences and what they see in the market as trends. Thank you so much again and I highly recommend this company!

I signed up with VPM to NOT have to change my address when I moved and guess what - THEY MOVED! Unbelievable that a company like this is renting so the lease comes up and they have to move. I spent a whole week changing all my addresses back to MY HOME because who knows if they move again.
