I got an answer from the seller they need my order number but the problem is I didn´t get one!!! So how can I send an order number I didn´t get???


I have placed two orders on this site the first one was of two t-shirts and it was delivered as promised. the second one was a zip hoodie the correct amount was drawn from my creditcard, but no confirmation and no hoodie its been many months now. I have tried to contact them with all possible channels but no answer. So I guess I can kiss my money goodbye. Sad because I really wanted to keep on sponsoring Ukraninan businesses. But this puts an end to that.

In the interests of correcting the very biased impression people might have got so far of this web site, I am writing this review.
I am going to Ukraine from the UK on the train in April of this year. I cannot tell you how helpful they have been in planning this difficult trip. All the stuff about what you need to enter is there. And it is very detailed and informative. Emails are answered quickly. Questions are responded to helpfully. As British & European Insurers will not cover you while you are there, Their War insurance covers everything you need medically and more besides. What a relief. There are also up to date Blogs as well about the current situation. And some very informative articles on a variety of topics pertaining to Ukraine. I like the Things Not To Say or Do one enormously.
So ignore the only other revue of them and trust my experience. You will not regret it.

I’ve placed my order over a month ago. Started to wonder when the delivery would be, as no info was sent. They do not answer emails or messages sent via the website. Chat is only a bot, no phone number is provided, so there is no way of contacting a real person in real time.

Part of my order was suddenly delivered (high quality product, I must admit), but still no info on the rest.

Easliy the worst customer service experience I ever had.
