It was very easy making the booking for my scan, it was also very easy to change the booking because of the heat wave. The staff in the scanning unit were very efficient, helpful and reassuring.

Staff were great
The staff at the Mri scan were great and explained everything very well.. the only thing ive gone lower that 4 or 5 stars was the report .I had a mri with you in 2022 and the report was set out much better and more informative.

All was good with the scan and nice people doing it. Only downside was it was in a portacabin raised up with quite steep open tread metal stairs leading up, very little room on platform for door to open while you are standing there.

Fantastic - but website let’s it down
Fantastic! High speed process and high quality results. My only reason for 4 stars is that your website shows “artist impression” pictures of the area to be scanned which bears no relation to the actual MRI images!! Why not use genuine medical images (anonymised) so you can see the 3 or 4 images that you get from the process. It would answer all the silly questions immediately, and hugely improve the quality of the user experience.

Support during the Scan
Despite needing a GP referral for a private MRI I genuinely don’t know why?
Communication was good, the Doctor and support were excellent/being claustrophobic I was very stressed and upset that having been told for a knee scan I needed to go up to my neck in the scanner

MRI scan
The actual scan experience went well, it was a hot day and the appointments were running late. We had to either sit in car or go into Asda to wait. To use the toilets we had to go to Asda.
Paying a substantial sum for scan, facilities were lacking.

Once you get over that it's a mobile unit in asda car park. The service was good I even got the images a day early! Very happy with proces as a whole

Quick MRI at a time of my choice
I was able to get an appointment for my MRI quickly and at convenient location and time. Results were available very quickly and the follow up consultation with a doctor was helpful. So overall very happy with service provided by Vista and would use them again if I needed an MRI. One small complaint; my appointment was 1330 and the appointment letter said to arrive 15 minutes early- which I did only to be told that the staff were going to lunch and I needed to wait outside the mobile unit until they were ready.This didn’t feel good, though to be fair it didn’t affect the timing of my MRI, but VISTA could do better and allow time in the appointments schedule so that staff can have a lunch break.
